My Husband and I went there for the first time tonight. We would not have found it without a Groupon. It’s a little gem hidden in a little strip mall in Willow Grove. You would never know from the outside How nice it is inside. All items had a little bit of a twist than the normal restaurants we have gone to. And the twists are absolutely delicious. Our waitress Meadow helped me narrow down Which I want to order because there were so many I wanted to try. I got one of the specials of the day. My Husband got the steak and linguine and a cream sauce that’s on the menu. Both were absolutely delicious and the crème brûlée we split for dessert was probably the best we’ve ever had. I already bought another Groupon so I can go back again soon. There are so many things I wanna try

We have dined here many times over the years and I don't know if the chef was sick or what but the red sauce for the mussels had no flavor. My husband ordered veal saltibucca and it was served with mushrooms and gravy and a very thin piece of prosciutto- no cheese. It was a combination of veal Marsala and veal saltibucca. I will go back again but it will be a while.

It had been awhile since our last visit and we were really looking forward to coming back. It was a Tuesday night and several tables were open. Seated immediately and our server Chris was charming. Although it was not busy at all there was an unusually long wait between courses. An hour had passed before the main was served. My chicken parm was it's usual best, however the pasta was lacking in texture and flavor. My companion's linguini pescatore suffered from the same pasta issue with a somewhat watery sauce. We love the ambiance there but the meal was not up to their usual standards, especially when the pasta is house made.

We had a fantastic Christmas Eve dinner at Bistro Albertino, our favorite place for a fine dining meal. Our waitress was very attentive even with many large parties to serve, as were her helpers. The food was outstanding, as usual! The room was clearly set up to accommodate as many guests as could reasonably be seated, given the holiday. This fostered a high level of conversation, which some would have called “noise.” I like to think it was the sound of families enjoying their Christmas Eve together. Thanks to Goni and his wonderful staff and family, we will be back!

We were there last night for Christmas Eve dinner and had an excellent dinner. It was our first time there. Found out about it by googling restaurants open on 12/24. What a great choice. I'm sorry I forgot our server's name but she was excellent and personable. The grilled Rimaine and roasted red pepper and mozzarella prizes were enough for the four of us. I had the Special Shrimp Ravioli and my daughter had the Swordfish special. Delectable. The tortellini and Veal was also enjoyed. The complimentary Orangecello was nice. Crème Brûlée and Pistachio affogato was Yummy. Such a great atmosphere and a lucky find
It was supposed to be a ministerial meeting, but I discovered a wonderful pasta. Both the dish we chose and the one our friends ordered were amazing. Average price, but fair for such good food. I highly recommend it. We'll be back soon!

I recently ordered takeout and unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to their usual standards. I ordered the pork special, substituting asparagus for spinach and fingerling potatoes. Unfortunately, the pork was overcooked—despite requesting it medium, it was far from that. The fingerling potatoes were also undercooked and quite hard to eat. The pesto pasta with shrimp lacked seasoning and needed more salt. Additionally, the cheesecake was disappointingly small for its price of $10.95.
I’ve always had great experiences dining in at Bistro Appertino’s, so this takeout experience was quite disappointing. It seemed that the order was rushed, and I suspect that this was due to the waitress not firing everything up at once. This likely led to the subpar quality of the meal. When my husband arrived to pick up the order, the waitress mentioned the delay, and we ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes. This rush and miscommunication definitely impacted the quality of the meal.
For $75, I expected a much better experience. I’m hesitant to order takeout again and hope that the restaurant can address these concerns. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss a possible refund or resolution with the owner.

This is a hidden gem. If excellence in Italian food and wonderful service is what your looking for, don't miss this place. Small and comfortable dining area is clean and well kept. BYOB so bring a good wine to add to the experience. Try the Rosoto Pecorini for tasty mussels, clams and calamari.

Always great food at reasonable prices at this little restaurant that no one seems to know about. They never added too many tables, so there is space, and it isn't noisy. We ordered risotto with crabmeat, dorado fish, and pasta with a variety of seafood. All were excellent.
