Customer service is mediocre i was the only person in line and it took 5 mins just to say hi and take my order then overcharged for a simple meal nor did they give me knowledge of they menu on but the worse part is the cook was not washing his hands and touching his face wiping sweat from his face and they didn’t put on gloves until I said something I wouldn’t go back at least not this location

Today 7/5/22 went to get a burger the cook was blowing his nose, after just put gloves on without washing his hands. I ask they said oh he put gloves on. Disgusting ?

It was cooked fresh and tastes delicious - they will make it how you like it!

Phenomenal burger and fries.

I had a burger with fried onions, guacamole, mayonnaise and ketchup. It was the BEST burger. Can’t wait to go back. Plenty of crispy, hot fries. I love this place!

A little pricy compared to other mall food but it's easily restaurant quality and you get what you pay for. Our burgers were delicious! The fries were fresh and crispy... I'm not a big fry person but I couldn't stop eating them. Highly recommend the cheddar bacon burger!

Delicious burger! You could tell the man making it behind the counter took pride in his food. Hard to believe this place is inside the mall! Got the breakfast burger and really was blown away. Very flavorful. Will definitely be back!

We ordered delivery on a Saturday night and it came in about a half hour. Our family of 4 highly enjoyed our burgers. They remind me of quite a few shake joints I’ve been to. Double patty burgers, quality meat and buns. The fries were crispy and delish. My youngest had mozzarella sticks with the cheese that pulls out- sign of cheesy goodness. My oldest had a milkshake and he said it was really good. All in all, great spot. We will definitely order again and highly recommend.

I went in and asked for a medium well Burger only to have burned burgers instead. contacted owner an owner was belligerent acted as if I was in the wrong when his employees don't know how to cook a burger. I highly recommend to avoid this restaurant. Cook's not even wearing there mask properly. Very disappointing!!

my salad was great .my son burger and float was delicious. the server was very polite . i will order from there again
