I asked for a cheesesteak and they gave me a bread sandwich for $13.42. Never again!

This cheesesteak was $10. I think the picture speaks for itself. The bread is good at least since that's most of the meal. The steak is fine.

Ordered two cheesesteak and 6 wings to go and when I got home the wings were missing. Will never buy from them again.

Sorry Charley, but it's a 0 / 10, bordering on false advertising IMHO.
Fries are pretty solid.

Don’t even try

They are supposed to be open until 8pm. I got there at 7:20pm and they said they are already closed and for the person who left a review after me. Calling out my name (Tony), Mind your business. I said what I said. I never said anything about the food cause they were closed at the time. If you like them. Good for you. It’s my opinion

They charge more for food but they keep putting less and less meat on there for a 10.00 and up item, unbelievable. And it tasted poorly, how can you not have different kind of cheeses, the Charley’s in neshaminy mall before they close they substitute the cheese if you wanted to substitute it. Sorry but not sorry. They need to hear how people order too.

I find it funny how some people expect the world to be handed to them, JODY. Maybe something happened beyond the control of the folks running the restaurant that day. Myself, found the food, service, price and ambience very agreeable. I'll definitely come back. Don't blame innocent people who are trying to do their job when something doesn't go exactly your way. Sometimes these things happen, so think about the other times when they were there for you, and move on and be happy.

The cheesesteak on a stick can get ya.Imagine you’re walking around, hungry, and there it is - right in your face to take. But instead you give it to your kid and they love it. Well that’s what happens here, and you find yourself buying a cheesesteak the kids won’t finish and is one of the worst you’ve ever had.Why? We’re not sure. The process looks good, but from the bread, to the meat, it just doesn’t add up to a good cheesesteak. Which for this region is a pity.

I am a Philadelphia Police Officer. The service I received today at Charley's was absolutely disgusting. The manager named ELIZABETH was horrible! Her attitude is the reason I will NEVERcome to this place again. She was rude, short with answering my questions, had a tip on her shoulder, belligerent, arrogant and flat out horrible. I will never go back to this location in Willow Grove. Remove this person immediately from the front line she should not representing this store in the manner she does.

One of the worst cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. The “steak” is terrible quality and had no flavor. Even the cheese sauce was bad. The onions tasted good, that was about it. The fries were good.

There food is very good.

Parking: I prefer to park in the parking garage on the top floor. You can walk right into the willow grove mall , the food court is right there.

Wheelchair accessibility: If you park on the top floor there are no steps to get into the mall. Once you go through first door the next 2 doors have a push button on the wall to your right.Push that button and 2 doors open up for you. I like that.

Ate here for my lunch break, customer service was good. I ordered cheese fries but the fries wasnt filled up all the way. I also ordered a chicken cheesesteak that barely had anything in it.
