Food is always great here but the man who rang me up today was rude and distant, and barely spoke to me. I work in customer service as well so I understand stress during a rush, but it does not give you an excuse to roll your eyes at people and give them undeserved disrespect. His name was Kysir.
They have a great team . New staff was excellent. Manager was great also.

Chick-fil-A has always been good grub lol. Saturday was of course jam packed and food court was no exception as it was a gorgeous day and I had lunch and shopping with a friend. We tried their new chicken club sandwich on a pretzel roll which was good!

I was ordering at this restaurant and while I was ordering I seen two mice 🐁 playing tag while the person was bagging the food. I didn’t say nothing because I didn’t wanna make it obvious. This is unacceptable and nasty this needs to get taken care of.

I was very disappointed in this locations service . I was traveling for work and a co worker ordered for me. I went up to ask for some ice for my tea and instead of no problem or My Pleasure the worker said well did u ask for it that way when you ordered it ?? I explained my co worker ordered so then she said with a sharp tone that girls taking orders I guess I will get it for you. So rude !!! I am in the customer service industry and this behavior is unacceptable. I hope that this isn’t the service that’s given there on a daily basis .

I was stopping by Willow Grove Park mall before I leave the city because I wanted to do some shopping. I stopped by Chick Fil A and man was it great!! The service was phenomenal- Chelsea the director, was so kind and friendly, she absolutely made my experience a great one!! The whole team sounded friendly as well- while I was waiting for my order I saw them interact with their customers. I highly suggest stopping by whenever you get a chance!!
Me and my dog make frequent visits to Chick-fil-A, and we look forward to always seeing our girl Amanda! She is the most wonderful worker there! She knows us personally and even when I forget to ask for a pup cup there’s always one in the bag cause she knows my dog Neo! That woman knows how to run a place! Everything is always on point, nothings ever shorted, everything is always there! I’ve been here hundreds of times I’ve never had a mistake in our order! The whole store is run awesome and that’s why we keep coming back! Hats off to Amanda! Keep up the great work and it’s always a pleasure to see that pretty face and the way she greets us every time!!!!
