I grab a coffee and it’s absolutely disgusting!!!
Please add a latte or cappuccino to your menu. It would be a great breakfast meal.

Went to the Cinnabon I asked for 2 mini Bons and got charged for 2 large Cinibons I even hit the 15 percent gratuity button! The price was not the issue it was getting charged for something I didn’t ask for! Plus the older Gentleman was rude and had a mean demeaning presence! The younger gentleman was a young kid and was more personable atleast! They really need to work on not robbing ppl and work on customer service and hospitality!

Stood at the window for a while employee stood there on her phone never ask could she help us I thought that was rude and very unprofessional the mini Cinnabon was dry as if they was old

I was a young adult when Cinnabon came to the Gallery in Philadelphia. This is not the same cinnabon I remember. The cinnamon tastes like it's been expired for years, the dough is dry and has no flavor. The frosting has no flavor. You are better off buying a can of cinnamon rolls at Aldi. I'm from the original OG way back in 1985. Seriously Aldi 's can of buns are better.

The mall is becoming less desirable to go, people smoking weed inside and out the mall, more ghetto, the service in Cinnabon is bad, disrespectful and impatient, and rude, the employees back then were more kind, it’s trash

? We drove for an hour to “kiss” the doors. It is written that the store is open until 9:00, at 8:00 everything was closed a long time ago. Service is terrible.

They don't heat up the cinnamon buns? Also they're so tall they're hard to eat, no fork or knife provided. Overpriced and bad experience.

Who doesn't love a cinnabon or churro?

Cinnabon is great.

This Cinnabon location gave me the worst stomach ache ever! I’ve never had this issue before but after we ate here me and my friends were sick for several hours and were clutching our stomachs in agony. Be careful going to this location!
