Worst ever experience today. Just wanted some ice cream but not from here ever. Not enough help, manager (Asian lady) was flustered and rude. If I want ice cream I will go to Dairy Queen. Thanks for opening my eyes to your lousy establishment. DQ here I come!

My order wasnt great at all. Milkshakes were too thick and had to request whipped cream. They also weren’t labeled. Despite ordering three different flavors, we werent able to taste the difference.

I had an interview for this exact location, yesterday. i don’t recommend ordering here or even working here. the person interviewing me was extremely rude and treated me as i was stupid. she would ask me questions and i told her my answer and then she would repeat what i said just in different wording. then she told me that i wasn’t doing a good job on the question she asked me. she asked me abt if a someone came in and said they don’t like their icecream what would i do? i said i would ask them what is wrong with it and i could proceed with a refund if they don’t like what they ordered and also ask them if they wanted a sample of something to try and she told me i was wrong???? then she asked what if sb comes in and says why aren’t you wearing. i said in the food industry you should always wear gloves. she told me yes & no. which was confusing bc everyone wears gloves when they are working with food . even the girl working in the front was extremely rude, they kept looking at me like i was an alien or something. the manager interviewing me kept trying to belittle me. i would not recommend ordering here or even working there as an employee. the service is terrible and everyone there looks at you like ur different, and very disrespectful.

the website says they close at 11pm friday through saturday and i came last night which was a friday at 10 and they were closing up, don’t advertise that you close at 11 when your workers are closing up at 10 and i drove 30 to this location because it was the only one open until 11 and then i get there and there closed like what!

Hopefully my review changes after I pick up my order. Two days calling back to back myself and someone else in case they weren’t answering because my number comes up as a business. But nope they weren’t answering any calls at this store. Called from open til about 6 yesterday total of 8 calls. Today same and no answer.

We’re happy customers. We got a Chocolate Milkshake, a Banana ice cream & a plain Mint ice cream(without the chips). All three flavors are genuinely some of the best ice cream we’ve ever had. For certain we’ll be returning to ColdStone. ..Especially for another Chocolate Milkshake ᵕ̈ [sincerely the best Chocolate Milkshake I’ve had in a very long time]. I absolutely recommend.

Worst Cold Stone location ever. Never clean, never enough tables set up for people to sit, sign outside is peeling, always only 1 person working so it takes forever, and the AC barely works so it’s super humid inside and the ice cream instantly melts. The 1 person usually working is an Asian woman who barely speaks/understands English and isn’t friendly. They need to get it together or they will close soon.

Nice local ice cream shop. Also got the peanut butter chocolate birthday cake which everyone thought was great. Recommended

Feel cheated.. after spending 8.25 for what I think is a small scoop of ice cream

I love Cold Stone, but every time I visit this location it just sucks. For some reason why ice cream always melts quicker then any other location I go to. Last time I came there was only one person working and obviously being understaffed it was a terrible wait time to order and get everything that was ordered.

Wasn't the greatest of all cold stone visit. Usually, compare to other shop like Franklin fountain, cold stone give you a lot of ice cream and you wouldn't worry about the price but this time feel different, wasn't sure if it is because my cup feel half filled or was it perhaps tie to the way they setup their tips amount screen.... They programmed their credit card payment tips default to be 15%+ with no options for no tips . While custom tips amount is there but it doesn't help to press 15% to be lazy and then question yourself does a mediocre ice cream place visit worth tipping when you already paid premium for it...
