This is an old style Dairy Queen where you walk up to one window to order and the other to receive your item. There is no indoor seating, so unless you want to eat in your car, this is not a location to go to in inclement weather. The staff are always friendly, and they do make very good blizzards.

I’m honestly not sure what happened with this place, but it’s terrible now. I ordered a large blizzard tonight and it not only had the incorrect candy, but it also didn’t have any of the candy mixed into the actual blizzard. It was basically a large vanilla ice cream with some M&Ms thrown on top. I’m not sure if they hired someone new or stopped caring, but I would go to a different place. Sad because this was the one we always used go to!

We just ordered from this place and brought it home and we only had one of the three items we ordered and the one thing we did have was incorrect. Then when we called it went right to voicemail saying they were closed, but the store was open for another 30 minutes? Do NOT waste your time at this place, hit the Dairy Queen in Maple Glen or another ice cream store altogether. Terrible service and poorly run store unfortunately.

Young man at the Dairy Queen stated they close at 930 when they close at 10 per the website and location search. He also hesitated to say 930, seeming like he made it up. Keep in mind I arrived at 932. This just took place a moment ago, so to the owner… please review who was working tonight and train them properly. You lost business and money because of them. Slowly cleaning the place to earn an extra half an hour or so of pay without actually doing anything.
