The food is good, we've ordered fromhere dozens of times. Pizza is good, most other foods are okay. You can't eat inside, its pick up or delivery only. Service is just okay, but were not consistent customers so its always a different staff there.

Wow we ordered last night via DoorDash and not only were they extremely quick they remembered everything and the food was absolutely fantastic! Found our new Dominos! I hope it’s always like this. Whoever was working on Friday night around 10pm-11pm you all need raises good job

I placed an order through the app for a custom made pasta bread bowl. My first issue was picking up my order without checking it first, since I drove all the way back to work and opened it there to notice it wasn’t what I ordered at all. I called the store to inform them, and to see about getting my order remade. The manager argued me down insisting he made the right order, and that I was lying as he made the order himself. He demanded I text him a picture of said order before I even show up to his store. After sending the picture, his attitude changed and he offered to remake my order, but hung up on me when I tried asking further questions. When I arrived to pick up my new remade order, he insisted it was his drivers fault my food was wrong (even tho I picked it up myself) and that he’s not providing any compensation for it. While walking out, he turned to another employee and started pointing and speaking about me in another language.

Customer service is horrible they don’t even know what a club sandwich consists of and your suppose to be For Italy … Say It What Me A Club Sandwich’s Consist Of lettuce Tomato and Bacon … if I wouldn’t a tuna hoagie that’s what I would have ordered … The Accommodation for customers who paid $20.00 for a tuna hoagie is insane … the manager is very rude and they need to learn how to try they’re new employees on how the menu works. Horrible Horrible Horrible Highly Would Not Recommend.

Although always super friendly, our order has always been missing something. Last order we received burnt cheese cover tater tots and missing a pizza. I have the utmost respect and appreciate for all who work in the food industry. I just hope the person who clearly needed help or guidance, has found it. I know we are only human and mistakes happen.
