genuinely not happy with my service from this location. i'd ordered a little munchkin 50count so i could have the little halloween bucket, seeing that it was only $13.99 on the app, and they charged me $23 for it. this isn't the first time i've been overcharged here, so i'm genuinely not happy. :/

It’s a shame they have such terrible reviews. I go to this Dunkin very often because I work in the mall. My favorite part are the two ladies who work there. They are always so friendly and inviting. My drinks are always perfect. And I always get two cups of ice which they never give me an issue about compared to other places. The food is ok I would say. But everything else I love.

I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts in Willow Grove, and I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every customer felt welcome. They were quick to greet me with a smile and took the time to ensure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The workers seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the overall experience even better. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great service and a pleasant atmosphere

If you can help it go to the Dunkin up the road and not in this mall. Any other Dunkin is better than this one. The service is horrible. The ladies that work here are so mean. They don’t have good customer service at all. Very passive aggressive and not friendly.
