It’s a shame they have such terrible reviews. I go to this Dunkin very often because I work in the mall. My favorite part are the two ladies who work there. They are always so friendly and inviting. My drinks are always perfect. And I always get two cups of ice which they never give me an issue about compared to other places. The food is ok I would say. But everything else I love.

I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts in Willow Grove, and I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every customer felt welcome. They were quick to greet me with a smile and took the time to ensure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The workers seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the overall experience even better. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great service and a pleasant atmosphere

If you can help it go to the Dunkin up the road and not in this mall. Any other Dunkin is better than this one. The service is horrible. The ladies that work here are so mean. They don’t have good customer service at all. Very passive aggressive and not friendly.

Went there on a Saturday and there was a group of people working there. Got my order within minutes after ordering on the kiosk. There was an employee who took her time to make my drink perfectly. Bless her heart.

Was there today, January 8th around 2:30 p.m., and there were two young males behind the counter. The taller one was working hard taking care of customers in the drive -thru line and the short one was sitting on a chair in the back, behind the counter. The hard worker finally asked the lazy a*** can you help her? He reluctantly got up and asked, in a bored tone, can I help you? My grandchildren wanted the pink icing with rainbow sprinkles donuts. There were minimal donuts on display. Leftover muffins, holes and coffee crullers. He said, this is it I wound up buying two stale ones that were inedible to my grandchildren. Get your act together with checking on your employees ' behavior off hours and the products you're supposed to be offering that you advertise about!
