Terrible Saturday. Looks like owners operators are not there on weekends any more and the kids in there are awful. Slow and erratic. Some adults need to be in there on the weekends. Waited in line for 30 minutes stuck in you cattle chute and unable to get out. Everyone in line was blowing horn. EVERYONE. Slow as molasses. Need a driving manager in there when kids are minding the store. Terrible. Just terrible. Stuck for 30 minutes to get coffee. Could have bought a coffee machine and made my own faster than the drive thru. Been this way for a while in weekends. Please fix this.

I would probably get this place a B. they aren’t the best but they aren’t the worst… I do notice that the drive-through seems to always have somebody on it who is brand new (or seems it).. but for a while, they did have my favorite drive-through lady who was always extremely sweet to my dog. I also don’t prefer to pull in and out of this location because of the main roads that corner the store.
Parking: There is parking on the outskirts of this store, however, the parking directly in front of it, and on the side is not the best…
Kid-friendliness: it’s a dunkin. There are donuts and breakfast options as well as non-caffeinated beverages.

My boyfriend and I were in the drive through about to order and one of the workers was opening the back door to cool off. As he was walking back in he was putting his hands in his pants into his butt. And I’m not sure if he went back in and washed his hands. But it’s very disgusting and we will not be coming back to this one.

My least favorite DD in the area. They have the slowest drive thru and are always messing up my coffee. Today was the last straw when I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to place an order and no one ever acknowledged me. Walked out with nothing! Will not be returning!
