They messed up my order which usually happens at least every other time we go there and had to drive back to have them fix it and had to wait for 10 minutes for them to send me home with the skimpiest sandwiches I’ve ever gotten there. Also don’t order extra espresso at this one because they will charge you for it and never give it to you.

They closed 30 minutes early tonight. When all the signs say 9pm. The young lady said that 9pm means they have to leave by nine not take the last customer at 9pm.

This location is terrible I eat dunkin everyday. The coffee is not right and bland. The food was trash not sure how you mess up an egg n cheese sandwich but it was nasty.

I travel up and down eastern PA for work, and this is by far the worst DD I've ever encountered. It seems they always get something wrong!
Example: Sunday morning after work, I stopped for breakfast for my 2-hour commute home. There were 2 cars ahead of me to place orders and it took about 5 minutes before I could place mine.

The guy at the window was very friendly as he handed me my medium drink. I asked if it was a large, he said no, and that he didn't know why they're messing up everyone's orders. He apologized and brought me a large, handed me my bag, and I was on my way.
As I get onto the turnpike, I take my first sip. SUGAR. So I can't drink my frozen coffee, and it's wasted.
I reach in the bag for my hash browns, but they're not there. Sigh. Honestly this is the only reason I choose DD over other places, because they have THEE BEST hash browns. Super disappointed!
They did at least get the sandwich correct.
So for about $13 and 10 minutes of my time, I got a sandwich.
