The worst of the worst - The staff seems nice but they should have to try the products - cannot toast a bagel, bagels always taste like they are stale, cold and old. Coffee never hot and they get away with it. Same owner seems to own the closest other site in Willow Grove and that equally sucks. I have no idea how the get away with it. Just plain pitiful. Avoid at all cost.

It was so much better when Dunkin banked onsite. Got a box of munchkins. It was a few chocolate the rest were glazed. No variety at all.

Dunkin' has become our go-to fuel stop on rad trips. The $5 two wrap, one coffee Breakfast Is a steal. I love the sugar crunch on the muffins.

Stopped by the drive through at 7:10 and they told me they were in the process of closing & couldn’t serve me . Keep in mind they close at 8:00

I've been going to this dunkin for years, and it has gotten soooo bad. I recently had a piece of wax paper in my sandwich. My order is almost always wrong and often inedible. The only perk of this dunkin being so bad is I save money because I don't go very often anymore. It's just not worth my time or money. Disappointing.

I asked the young lady for wax paper for my Boston cream doughnut. She told me to wrap it in a paper napkins. Very rude and continued to argue with the staff who tried to assist. Very poorly trained person.
Unbelievably bad service. Staff just stared at us as the ordering system was shut off. No way to order in person. Don’t bother

My biggest complaint is that they say they are open until 8pm.They are actually closed by 630pm most nights. Can you change your hours on Google to 630pm? I've come here multiple night between 630 and 7 to an empty dunking or told through drive through they are closed I honest really enjoy this dunkin. Sometimes the drive through attendants are a little rude and short, but they are busy.
