My biggest complaint is that they say they are open until 8pm.They are actually closed by 630pm most nights. Can you change your hours on Google to 630pm? I've come here multiple night between 630 and 7 to an empty dunking or told through drive through they are closed
I honest really enjoy this dunkin. Sometimes the drive through attendants are a little rude and short, but they are busy.

long wait. people are in a rush to go to work, especially in the morning . Instead of DoorDash they should just take care of the people waiting on the line and drive-through.

I never leave negative reviews for anything unless it's bad. This Dunkin is consistently the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Absolutely pathetic they can't make a simple cup of coffee right, it's like they do it on purpose. I stop here before hopping on the turnpike and not exaggerating, my coffee tasted like crap about ten times in a row and my food was inedible. Never again. Stay away.

She doesn’t need not even a start! I was there 2 days ago, I was ordering a matcha, there is a young lady was so rude to me until I told her are you serious!! How do you speak to the customer like that?!?! I just asked you for one Splenda!! She said I have many other things to do!!!!!! And when I told her are you serious she answered no I’m not!!!!! When I pulled up to the window I was waiting for my order she didn’t show up!!!!! So I left!!! Is not the first time this girl do something like this and there is lot of customers complain about her but they don’t want to fire her because she’s the daughter of the owner or of the manager!!!! Is not professional!!! Not at all!!

WHATEVER YOU DO BT DONT CME HERE
. Ordered via app, deal, wanted to customized it and have it on side due to allergies but they refused to give bacon on side, every dunkin separates it out or give it on side for any allergic item. This dunkin refused to do it.
- Also the manager refused , he said to his employee that its his problem if you are allergic to it, not mine.
- Just bad experience. Such a shame.

I’ve stopped at this Dunkin countless time over the past year and a half since I moved into the area and damn near everytime they manage to screw up my order. Their drive thur employees always sound miserable or have an attitude. Not a friendly, welcoming business to visit.

I've been to this location a couple of times now. Last week I asked for a pup cup and they said we don't do that. So I asked if I could buy a cup of whipped cream and the employee said "uh nah". I was shocked. No hello or anything. Today I went and didn't see if an ingredient was added to my order and the woman taking it said "if you'd wait you'd see I'm adding it". When I got to the window again no hello or anything. Just handed my drinks without a word. I will no longer be going to this location. The people here are extremely rude and nasty.

My recent visit to Dunkin’ was quite enjoyable. The coffee and donuts were as good as always, hitting the spot perfectly. The staff were particularly friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. It’s always nice to see a smiling face and receive great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Drinks watered down and undrinkable. Iced coffee that looked liked iced tea. Mango drink with no flavor and pale. Order messed up, item forgotten. Not worth the money for watered down drinks.

I've been going to this Dunkin donuts for years. The service is great and their donuts and other food products have the same great taste as they did years ago. A few of the employees have been there for years. And I love them like family. God bless them.

Usually I use the drive thru however it was a bit crowded this morning so I decided to go inside, thinking it would be faster (as it usually is). Oh I was so wrong! I haven’t been inside in a while, and they now have ā€œkiosksā€ to place your orders. Not one person said a word to me. I guess the days of walking into a Dunkin and being greeted by cheerful ā€œgood morning! How are you? What can we get for you?ā€ is long gone. Very disappointing. The kiosks are challenging to use and definitely do not ā€œspeed upā€ the ordering process, if that’s what they’re going for. Highly disappointed.

Also, since no one is acknowledging you THE WHOLE TIME you are there… people are coming in and just standing around because they have no idea what to do and are waiting to be greeted. A woman and her young child walked in as I was waiting and just stood there until I let them know about the new ordering system since none of the employees were paying attention.
