I've been to other five guys before and I've never had a problem, but this time my fries were extremely salty. It was so oversalted you could see the salt sticking together. I decided to throw most of them away because I couldn't eat it. I'm disappointed with this location.

Picked up food tonight. Crew was hanging out in the slow evening time, and the restaurant was ***spotless***. They got the fresh fries going and got me my food quickly. They seemed fun and professional, and the restaurant was really well-kept. Well done, crew!

Fantastic food. I usually get a burger with everything on it and it comes out delicious. The people behind the counter are friendly but could stand to be more attentive of customers. No reason to be the only person waiting at the counter waiting for a conversation to finish. Atmosphere is as basic you can get but unfortunately I never see anyone out in the dining area so it gets a little dirty.

Great burgers but wayyy expensive 🫰🏼 Disappointed tho in you greedy corporate monsters ...never any coupons nor anything as far as rewards from your app. Won't go as much as I would like but oh well your loss not mine...I'll go a little further and get one that even healthier at a lower cost 😁

Idk why this place has any bad reviews, I've ordered from here multiple times and my burger is always so fresh and delicious! They make the fries right when you're picking up the order so they're always fresh too and the milkshakes are delicious. The customer service is great, they're always so nice and accommodating. Love the local five guys!
I took my dad here last night and he Loved it. They really hooked up his burger with mushrooms onions and bacon. Of course the fries were fresh abundant and on point. Everyone working was very kind and friendly. I love how consistent Five Guys is all over the country. This location is an excellent one, can’t wait to bring my dad back to this one again soon. Thanks for taking excellent care of us!

The food was cold and the fries were hard. The manager, (if i recall correctly, her name was Jess) was absolutely unprofessional towards her staff. Seems as though to be very disrespectful and difficult towards them considering the place being under-staffed. She seems to be a teenager herself. Please hire better managers!

This place is incredibly frustrating to order mobile from. If more than one person is at the mobile pickup window, the team (multiple different crews with this same result) will only ask the first person their order. Then wait and make their fries, and then once they are given their meals minutes later, they then ask for the next person.
I arrived here at 12:45 and I finally asked the man for my order that I put in at 12:22. I had one gentleman in front of me and was stared at multiple times without any service. Whoever the manager is of this place, fix your crews. They all have blank stares when you ask them something. I see five workers and 4 of them are standing around.
I'm just now walking out at 1:02pm, August 8th.
Get better. Do better. I'll go to smashburger next door next time.

I came in 10 min before closing and didn’t realize it and Brianna and John took care of me with an amazing sandwich despite being in midst of closing up and were extremely friendly and kind. Five guys is the best!
