Gong cha - Willow Grove Mall

i like gong cha but they had a new person who had a terrible attitude and talked down to me whenever i asked any questions so she discouraged me from purchasing anything and i walked away without getting a drink

Literally hated every sip of this. My go to milk tea is strawberry- no idea what they gave me. The milk base was chocolate???? and the strawberry they used was just straight crushed strawberries. Would not go back here

Amazing boba shop with diverse drinks, including fruit drinks and the classic pearl drink. The staff are incredibly helpful when I asked what they recommended and only took a few minutes for my drink to be made. They had a cute promotion when I came by where the drinks were poured into gingerbread bottles which was perfect for pictures. Efficient and tasty drinks for on the go. Overall, a great experience and would come back again.

This Gong Cha is the ONLY Gong Cha( and the nearest one) I have ever drank from every-time I come to the mall and I absolutely love it! I honestly prefer them over other major stores(KFT and Mr.Wish) even closer to my home. Their drinks tastes very nice and the staff are also very nice and informative too. They always have an answer to whatever questions I have about drinks and they also recommend toppings and drinks if I can’t make a decision. They also try to make everyone’s drinks without having them wait too long while also keeping the quality of the drinks very high.
I thought it was about time I left a review here and I’m not sure what Eldana is talking about but I always have positive experiences with the staff. They actually do in fact have a “special” red velvet drink and they even went through the trouble of packing it in a cute gingerbread bottle and even dressed it up in a scarf and hat. They also packed my drinks in a sturdy bag. Anyway, I would totally recommend this place for anyone coming to the mall or anyone looking for a boba store to try.

This location is the closest Gong Cha to me and I always have a great experience when I go. The staff is always welcoming and friendly towards you. The Asian girl that’s usually there is very friendly and usually recommends me some of their best drinks. They offer some of the best variety of drinks with their Thai Tea being my favorite. I always grab a drink when I’m at the mall so I’ll definitely be back again!

I've always enjoyed coming to Gong Cha because their milk tea has a unique, rich flavor that sets it apart from other places. While it might seem like a simple choice, their milk tea is truly iconic and always hits the spot. Even though many places serve it, Gong Cha's version is by far my favorite!

The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and I want to give a special shout-out to Hien, who was so kind and made my experience even better! If you're in the area or shopping at the mall, definitely stop by. And don't forget to tip the hardworking team—they truly deserve it!

I've asked my sister to buy me a large milk tea, she'd paid for a large drink, even the label said large but the drink itself is a medium size. Unfortunately, we live too far from this location to come back for a complain.

Been here 11/3 around 4 pm, drink is okay, I mean Gong cha is the best bubble tea brand in area so I usually drive 30 min to this location (the nearest one) but today was last time doing it. Shout out to very pure customer service, rude crews especially the asian one who yelled at me without any reason just for touching the menu posters ( I have a very bad vision so decided to pick it up and look up closer). At the end of the day they dont even make special “red velvet” drinks lol. Never come back again. Terrible workers they gotta do smth with this attitude or should be fired. Gotta stick with The whale tea, their drinks not that good but excellent customer service worth it and give great experience. Todays crews service doesnt even deserve 1/5

The only reason I gave this location 1 star is because of the employee yesterday. I got there around 7:40pm yesterday only to be told that they were closed by the lackadaisical employee. He was rude, never came to the register and kept pouring ingredients into bottles. He really should be reprimanded for that. I'm sure his manager would not be thrilled with how he turned away multiple customers 20 minutes before close!?

It's ok. Been here a few times, each and every time was told they don't have bubble waffle despite big sign showing it. Perhaps the last few times I visited late but today (Saturday) we got there around 5 so I was expecting them to have it but nope, hence this comment. Drink is not bad.
