It was my first time trying gong cha, i looked up reviews and ordered strawberry milk tea with coconut jelly, its exactly strawberry milk taste rather than tea but still tasty. As most of beverage is, it is not cheap about $7.35? Around that for large. They have medium and large size You can also pick sugar level. I just had regular level and it was sweet enough! But if you are not into sweet stuff as much, you can reduce level of sweetness that was plus!

I was in the mall and was happy to see this establishment since I was in the mood for boba. Specifically for a milk tea boba. They seem to be brand new to the building, the staff was helpful and they were able to get through customers relatively quickly. Would certainly come again for their delicious drink options.

Love it! So far I always get the same thing (Oolong milk tea, 50% sweet, less ice) but I plan on trying something else soon. I know I like Thai Tea, but I've never tried theirs. Compared to the more major chains and other local shops I've tried in Manayunk, Willow Grove, Plymouth Meeting and KOP, this is definitely the best Oolong milk tea hands down. I may update my review when I finally get around to trying something else. This is a once in a while treat for me.Vegetarian options: Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: Highly customizable drinks with smaller size options that are more kids friendly. I could definitely see kids easily finding options here.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options.

The milk tea itself and some of the fruit teas were pretty good, but the boba wasn't good. Very different from my experiences with other Gong Cha locations. Had boba from here a few times and almost every time the boba were hard. It wasn't the nice firm, chewy texture but like the kind of boba that's undercooked or has been left refrigerated and re-heated. Also, sometimes the boba didn't taste sweet at all. Typically they should be since they get soaked in a brown sugar syrup after being made.
