I recently stopped by Häagen-Dazs and had an excellent experience. The selection of ice cream flavors was impressive, each one rich and satisfying. The shop itself was spotless and had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a sweet treat. The staff were prompt and cheerful, making the visit even more enjoyable. If you’re craving premium ice cream and great service, Häagen-Dazs is the place to go!

I was standing in line for over 15 minutes! In front of me there was only 2 people. All those 15 minutes they were trying to take care of one costumer, I mean it didn’t even looked like they tried. No hospitality at all, no recognition that you are waiting. Nothing! Terrible stuff! Manager or Owner please take a very good look at who you are hiring!

They failed their last health inspection there was rat droppings all over and they fail to properly train anyone and then get mad at their employees for trying their bestSincerely concerned bystander

I waited as the next person in line for more than 10 minutes after waiting for 15 in the line and was never addressed, had my order taken, or even made eye contact. A customer in front of me returned a sundae that was given to her already melted. The staff moved extremely slowly, gave minuscule portions, and overall showed that did not care at all. My toddler started crying so we just left. Miserable experience.

While we were waiting in line, a customer received a cup of ice cream, tried it, and I guess she didn’t like it, so gave it back to the worker. The worker then dumped ice cream back into the display case. Thankfully, another customer ahead of us in line asked the worker if he was supposed to do that. He looked back at her with a blank stare and said, “Oh my bad, I wasn’t even thinking.”We decided to leave without ordering.
