Food was good. I gave 3 stars because of the portion. I paid $23 and it came in this small package. Granted, I did order the steak. But there was barely any steak (6 pieces, about the same size as the 2nd picture), and barely any of the veggies and other toppings I paid extra for. The meal is worth $15 at most tbh.

Today was my first time at a Honeygrow and I was not disappointed. I went there with work colleagues for lunch. We really didn't understand the concept of how we actually got our food once we placed our order, but then heard names being called overhead. We found a table and waited for our name to be called. All of a sudden a super sweet lady, Mona, came to our table with the drinks we had ordered. I'm not sure if we should have picked them up ourselves or not, but we were super pleased with the kindness and politeness of Mona. A few moments later she also brought our meals to us at our table. I have a feeling this is not the normal thing to do, but I think she knew we were newbies. She was super friendly, helpful, and based on that interaction alone, I will be coming back to Honeygrow again. The food was good too! I had the buffalo chicken stir fry. Very tasty!

As soon as I walked in I got a bad vibe from the place. My order was on the shelf but fist time being there and nobody cared to ask if I needed help or anything standing somewhat at the counter. Got my order and left to see a Uber or postmates driver block me in because they can't park for anything.

Ordered for the first time tonight to pick up in store. Clearly didn’t know the pick up etiquette since the person behind the counter treated me like scum of the earth when I didn’t do what I guess I was supposed to do. Stood there for a while to see if maybe they wanted to see my order confirmation or something before I left. The person refused to look at or acknowledge me after so I’m still not sure how I morally offended them lol . Will be skipping in the future ✌🏼don’t need this level of mean over noodles

Taste was off and portions are close to a chipotle style. I think honeygrow in general need to work on standardizing their quality and quantity. No reason I should be able to go to DC and wonder how they are the same chain. Travelers beware!

I had a very nice girl who helped me to order my food, but when I went outside and sat in my car to eat , I could not because there were hot chips on top , I took the food back inside but seems like the manager was s bit upset they made me a new order but that was not great and I was cheated out of ingredients!! I also noticed they never give me the nicer bags always have to ask , I have seen them given to certain customer with out them asking , why is that some get others do not! Thinking about not going back there anymore!!

Food was great! I even went ahead and ordered a second stir fry! I forgot to take off the chili crisps and when I noticed that, the register person Mona was so kind and remade the entire order just so I didn’t have them! Great customer service and great food! I will definitely be returning again!
