Ordered online before I got there, when I arrived my food still wasn’t ready they told me 5 min wait which happend to be 15 minutes because they said they said no chicken, they never have pot pies or really anything. THIS PLACE ON THE WEEKENDS IS HELL

I cannot even begin to explain how this place does not deserve even one star. Maybe it’s expecting too much to order a meal and expected to be ready accurately at the designated time, but that appears to be far too much for this establishment. I ordered from this establishment two times and maybe the last several months and this will be my last. Both times I have ordered food arrived at the time of scheduled pick up, and my order had not even been started.

Had to wait 20 minutes on the drive through window, everything looks dirty especially their window when they handle you the food , only one worker inside the whole restaurant, the food is not fresh i feel bad for the guy by him self he seems good btw

we had to wait 45 minutes at the EMPTY drive thru for our food. We had a mobile order so it wasn’t like we could just walk away. No idea what the employee was doing in all that time but they clearly weren’t wearing a headset as we spent nearly 15 minutes trying to talk to the speaker to see if they would answer. Took so long I had to take my infant out and breastfeed her. And when we finally saw them peep their head around the corner the still took their time coming over to us. We still didn’t get the food, the workers told us to cancel it as all they had was extra crispy chicken, so sides, no sodas, zip. I’m angry and unimpressed with this location the last few years but this was the last time I will ever order from them.

Worse KFC i have ever had. Soggy, super slow! Given 1 less chicken than we ordered, thankfully with how it tasted, we weren't about to drive all the way back to get it. It didnt taste like KFC and the skin was falling off from being so soggy. Yuck. Never going here again. I never feel good giving scores less than 3 but honestly I have to be fair to others and rate this appropriately. Drive thru was so slow I stayed there a while and thought it was not working so I drove away then came back. The guy was so not interested and it wasn't even busy when I arrived, I was first in line...... coming from out of town, this was a 👎 experience

Ordered food from here and it was atrocious. I ate it and was getting stabbed in the mouth with overcooked chicken. Also way to much breading and it was like eating gravel. The next day my mouth was raw. Everything hurt and brushing my teeth made my gums bleed. I highly recommend that no one orders from here.

TRUST THE REVIEWS!!! DESERVES NO STARS!! I pulled up to place my order at the drive thru, after sitting for a few minutes no one answered so I pulled around to the window. I arrive at the window and everyone is standing around talking and not working. The “worker” comes to window upset as if I’m bothering her from continuing their conversations, I tell her I’m here to pick up a mobile order. She rolls her eyes and walks away, picks up a bag (that I can clearly see my name on), throws it on the counter, picks it up and takes it to the back, then comes back to the window and hands me the bag. I asked her why she did all that and she states I had to check the bag. I look inside and the food is cold, stale and nothing I’d eat. I go inside for a refund and I’m told they don’t give refunds! I had to call the cops to get this matter dealt with. BOTTOM LINE DON’T EVER EAT/VISIT HERE! Calling corporate now!

This place has gotten worse over the years. They have signs up for the food not even updated. Their soda machines don’t even work and they have no signs. The people that work here are ignorant and too busy worrying about the damn drive-through would not recommend, this one.
Got a 3 piece original. Biscuit, coleslaw, wedges. Everything was good, even the coleslaw was fresh and not nasty creamy. I like this location.

In drive through. Manager had cars waiting for what felt like forever. 12/1/24 3:45pm. Cars started driving away. I pulled up to 2nd window since no one said anything at the speaker yo make sure they were open. I ssid I pulled up since nothing was being said and she told me I can't order tgere must drive back around. Ordered 2 legs and one biscuit almost $9. Manager had bad attitude and seemed over welmed. Nothing the first time service has been lousy at this location
