In drive through. Manager had cars waiting for what felt like forever. 12/1/24 3:45pm. Cars started driving away. I pulled up to 2nd window since no one said anything at the speaker yo make sure they were open. I ssid I pulled up since nothing was being said and she told me I can't order tgere must drive back around. Ordered 2 legs and one biscuit almost $9. Manager had bad attitude and seemed over welmed. Nothing the first time service has been lousy at this location

Go anywhere else. One of my pieces was missing from my large meal, and they didn’t include a drink. When I asked for one they tried to give me a small.

As we waited in line two coworkers were yelling at each other very loudly in front of customers. Distracted I forgot to request a receipt at the start of my order. Was told the machine was broken. Then I got to the car and saw my actual food was old burnt fries. Will skip this location going forward, hope they get their act together soon.

What ever you do, don't order the Korean BBQ wings unless you are addicted to salt. I couldn't taste the Korean for the salt. I bought the nuggets after the manager would not hour the $10.00 bucket deal they are advertising. Very bad experience. But it's fast food so what did I honestly expect, a five-star experience. At least I have my salt intake for the year. 👎👎👎 I guess reviews do matter.

Says they closed at 11 pm. We pulled up to the drive-through at 9:45 when a girl yelled over the mic, "we're out of food"..what? Ans rude at that. How do you run out of everything more than an hour before closing. Needless to say, we couldn't try the food.
The chicken was soggy with too much sauce. But the service was nice.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this location. Despite being a repeat customer, I have encountered errors with my orders on multiple occasions. Specifically, during my third visit, I ordered 12 pieces of chicken but only received 11, and I should have received 3 breasts but only received 1. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the frequency of these errors is concerning. I hope that steps can be taken to improve the accuracy and quality of service at this location.

Terrible service. No quality control on food.. staff finds all of the above humorous. Given the similar reviews over time for this KFC location it is clear the franchise owner and KFC Corp could care less. Good thing Popeyes is opening a new location apx 3 miles from this site.
