Got food from here today...everything was fine EXCEPT the chicken. After I ate a mouthful, I noticed the more I chewed the more the taste became so very sour. I spit it out becasue the chicken I got wasn't supposed to be sour. Then I took a closer look and noticed the chicken was pink. So the chicken was not only bad but also undercooked. I just hope I don't get food poisoning after this ??

Master wok is one of my favorite places to get Chinese food. Their fried rice and Lo mein are absolutely perfect every time. My only complaint is the soaring prices and the small portions. They usually give me a ton of noodles with little rice. I always end up asking for extra and that’s another charge but hey. I’ve loved their food since I was a kid so I’ll always come back. Hopefully the prices start to come back down though.

I purchased bourbon chicken here in the Willow Grove mall and as the cashier was handing back my credit card, I noticed how disgusting this light switch was on the wall behind the register. If this is in plain view for customers, I can’t even imagine what it looks like where we can’t see.

I’ve never had an issues but the BBQ chicken I was given was the worst I’ve ever had! It was way over cooked, burnt and never should of made it on the line to be served.

This please, I recommend 100% must go. I do not eat Chinese food from corner stores at all. The only Chinese food I eat is from master wok Willow Grove their food is of the hinges you must go in find out trust me you will not be disappointed. I recommend 1100%.
Food here is mediocre! Only meat they have is chicken! Like sesame chicken, general chicken, bbq chicken!!b nothing else! Rice was mediocre too. Sad that this mall have poor choice of food if you want rice and meat.

Save your money. I requested plain fried rice as I usually get. The rude lady told me “no no not here” just because she didn’t feel like getting it. Ever time I go , I tip. This restaurant clearly doesn’t value their customers. I left and went to another restaurant and was treated with respect and served better food.

SCAM ALERT! Do not use a card here! I bought food here and gave the cashier my card, she claimed it didn’t swipe so she swiped again and said it was my card so I gave her another card. She said it didn’t go through but the other one did one time. I looked at my bank accounts in the phone and all 3 times she swiped I got charged! The manager, Judy, told me to call if I didn’t get my money back. I didn’t so I called and they never answer the phone.
