This particular Panera's is my favorite. The food is always good and the staff friendly. I really like the layout of the dining area. Lots of window and no vents blowing right on my bald head. Clean, clean, clean
The workers are so nice. Never a issue ever with ring up or discussing menu. The food prep they are nice if I ask a recommendation for my meal and they do it with out complaint which is alot being at a grill for hours fast. Thanks:) fresh food.
Dietary restrictions: Kiosks are helpful to see nutrition, important these days.

The store manager made my experience above and beyond. I have always had decent service at Panera yet the manager at Panera in Willow Grove is the best. Pleasant, warm and friendly! Please thank her for me! I visited again and learned the manager who was extra nice was Kelly. She was not there yet I inquired and learned her name. Hooray to Kelly!

I can’t even give a rating because when I arrived here at 7:30a on a Monday, the doors were locked and no staff was visible. They’re supposed to be open at 7a.

The food was fine but the restaurant was dirty. The tables and the floor were full of trash. Took me a 'twice-over' to find somewhere to sit that wasn't a dirty table and/or dirty floor.

I came into Panera for the first time. I thought it was just a soup place so to my suprise to see not only do they sell sandwiches, cookies,salads and my new favorite cinnamon crunch bagels. It was a warm and welcoming place. The cashier greeted with a smile and the service was quick. Which brings me to the reason I made this review. The food. It was so delicious. I'm definitely coming back here.

Jesse and the team were awesome. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service of the staff was courteous and professional. The atmosphere was friendly and peaceful. I was able to relax and enjoy my Panera experience. Frequent this location often and definitely coming back to partake of the tasty offerings.
