Honestly, the operations at this location are terrible and 0 stars should be an option. Tonight we had ordered rapid pickup. A pick 2 with chili and chicken bacon ranch sandwich - gave us french onion and some southwest sandwich (looked disgusting went straight into the trash). Then we ordered a bowl of chicken and wild rice soup - received a cup of broccoli cheddar.... My fiance tried to call the store to explain to management, yet he felt rushed off the phone and we decided to just take our loss and never do business with this Panera again. As a former employee - the current staff really are doing the company a disservice and this location is on a rapid decline. This is not the brand nor the standard, and severely disappointly nonetheless. Dear reader, Please make haste and head down the road to Jenkintown.

My friend and I meet there every other month, for lunch. Today I got a Cesar salad, the lettuce was brown. It wasn't very good. My friend got a sandwich which she enjoyed. This is the first time I didn't enjoy my lunch.

When all else fail get the chicken salad sandwich with the apple crisp salad 😋
Food , desserts and soups are especially good! Try their broccoli 🥦 cheddar soup 😋 yum! And delicious desserts especially the decadent chocolate brownies! Not as much selection for coffee though as I would like so I go to Wawa for my caramel doubleshot espresso machiato or frappacino 😋 they should add that. Good for breakfast lunch or a quick bite.

Ordered just a coffee for rapid pick up a head of time, went to pick it up before my bus and the order wasn’t ready and no employees were present in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes before I had to leave to catch my bus without my coffee.

ordered a few items for delivery as a weekend treat, one being 1/2 dozen bagels for my family. the manager promptly called me and informed me the bagels i requested were out of stock and offered me other options.
although i opted for a refund instead - having the manager call and be apologetic/offer other options was huge, he was so polite and accommodating and they even gave me an extra cookie for free.
I really applaud the manager at this location, it’s so difficult to find great customer service and someone who actually cares about what they do. unfortunately, it is a saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend, so i totally get it and it’s understandable they were out of the bagels! keep up the great work.
