ordered a few items for delivery as a weekend treat, one being 1/2 dozen bagels for my family. the manager promptly called me and informed me the bagels i requested were out of stock and offered me other options.
although i opted for a refund instead - having the manager call and be apologetic/offer other options was huge, he was so polite and accommodating and they even gave me an extra cookie for free.
I really applaud the manager at this location, it’s so difficult to find great customer service and someone who actually cares about what they do. unfortunately, it is a saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend, so i totally get it and it’s understandable they were out of the bagels! keep up the great work.

For some reason the customer service stinks here constantly. The workers seem miserable and after having an issue this morning with my order , the girl rolled her eyes and walked away. They desperately need a morale check or customer service training at this location. Do better Panera!

My husband and I meet friends of ours for dinner. We enjoyed the food, the prices were to be expected with the economy now a days, which wasn't too bad. The servers up front were very friendly, It was a nice , clean, quiet atmosphere . We will go again.

I paid for a half chicken salad sandwich and I received a lettuce! Tomato sandwich teaspoon of chicken salad. Tried calling the manager NO ONE ANSWERED.

The two of us got sick after eating a light meal here. I called and spoke with the manager. She offered me coupons that would soon expire and couldn't be used together. She told me she'd call me if there were any other reports.
I called the Panera toll free customer line and they offered a refund. The told me it would take up to 30 days to receive the refund. When I called two times, two weeks apart, and they told me the refund is still being reviewed. The second time I called, they told me it's 30 business days. To date, they haven't delivered the refund they said they would.
After getting sick, and not delivering what they said they would, I won't do business with any of the stores.
