Just picked up pizza 12/19 in willow grove. I Never saw these employees before and I'm a regular 2- 3 times a month my kids want pizza. It was cold because I had to wait for my cheese sticks. Cold pizza, nothing better than expensive cold pizza. And this pizza was oblong not round. Oval shaped with all crust no cheese really bad.

Wow they only have 1 person in the entire place. Dude makes the pizzas and handles the register. The website tells you your pizza is ready BUT that is a lie. Each time I have walked in to pick up my order I am waiting with 5 other people.. The pizza is okay to good and so not really worth the excessive (40m) wait time that the system forces you to do. Pizza tastes ok.

I don't know what all the hype is about this pizza It sucks. Papa John, you better go into a different line of business. I went there to order a pizza and the cashier was huddled down on the floor on his cell phon instead of taking orders from customers. I finally had the chance to order once he was done with his phone call.. I ordered a pizza with mushrooms and I waited and waited. I should have taken this as a bad sign and I should have left. The guys in the back preparing the pizza we're basically talking and fooling around. The one guy was covered in flour and he should not have been preparing food. Then they all left and went outside. When I finally got the pizza I opened the box and it had barely any sauce, barely any cheese with a single mushroom on it. I was completely ripped off and disgusted. I called and spoke to the area manager and got absolutely nowhere. I will never ever go back there again It was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. This is what happens when you hire high school kids to run your business. I gave you a chance and you blew it by poor service and poor quality pizza. Never again! You sucked!;

It's an okay place. See, the thing is, the staff was pretty good. They do need more workers; you can tell they are overloaded. Especially when you know it gets busy. Having someone who can speak good English would greatly help the front desk. Always another tip, pay online, and then pick it up, trust me.

Thank you to this Papa John's location for redeeming our experience. I ordered a large order for delivery from another location (Papa John’s Store #5314), and they called a few minutes before to say that they didn't have a delivery driver for an order I'd booked well in advance (and confirmed the day before). We had 40+ people at a soccer team celebration event with no food. Within 45 minutes, this location made all the pizzas that we needed, and I'm very thankful. And, they carried the entire order out to my car without even asking. Thank you!

Lousy service. I can’t believe they closed early when I arrived 11:49pm. The store schedule is open until 12AM on Feb 12. They told me ready pick up. Result they scammed “ ready pick up “ from dashdoor I ordered. It said ready pick up. Wow I got full refund and report to papa John’s pizza CEO.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered through the app and there must have been some glitch and for some reason the delivery was sent to the Warminster Papa John’s. I called the Willow Grove store to see if they could contact the driver or make a new one I could pick up. I was given no other option other than to cancel the order. I was then told “It’s not my problem” when trying to ask about remedying the situation.

I had placed an order online. When I went to pick it up, it hadn't been started and there were a good amount of people waiting in the lobby. A pizzeria to be busy on a Friday night is nothing out of the ordinary, but it took a while for my order to actually be ready to say the very least (I waited about another half hour from when it was supposed to be ready, maybe a little longer). This location is pretty short staffed and there were only two people working on everyone's orders.
Aside from the additional wait time. The food was good. The pizza I ordered wasn't bad and the Oreo bites were amazing. The wait time was a bit tedious, but once I got my order, it was worth it.

They outsource deliveries to any location greater than their three mile radius. I am within their three mile radius albeit it at an edge of it and they outsourced for delivery. The delivery failed, after a long time although the driver claimed they left it, and the individual on the phone when calling to complain offered a refund before adding in not to order delivery from there anymore because we're allegedly, but we are not, outside their radius.
