If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered through the app and there must have been some glitch and for some reason the delivery was sent to the Warminster Papa John’s. I called the Willow Grove store to see if they could contact the driver or make a new one I could pick up. I was given no other option other than to cancel the order. I was then told “It’s not my problem” when trying to ask about remedying the situation.

I had placed an order online. When I went to pick it up, it hadn't been started and there were a good amount of people waiting in the lobby. A pizzeria to be busy on a Friday night is nothing out of the ordinary, but it took a while for my order to actually be ready to say the very least (I waited about another half hour from when it was supposed to be ready, maybe a little longer). This location is pretty short staffed and there were only two people working on everyone's orders.
Aside from the additional wait time. The food was good. The pizza I ordered wasn't bad and the Oreo bites were amazing. The wait time was a bit tedious, but once I got my order, it was worth it.

They outsource deliveries to any location greater than their three mile radius. I am within their three mile radius albeit it at an edge of it and they outsourced for delivery. The delivery failed, after a long time although the driver claimed they left it, and the individual on the phone when calling to complain offered a refund before adding in not to order delivery from there anymore because we're allegedly, but we are not, outside their radius.

I placed the order over the phone to order three medium thin crust pizzas. They told me over the phone that I can only order large thin crust pizzas I only got one Thin Crust and two regular when we picked it up from the store the gentleman told us if we had to order it online we could save some money but the gentleman on the phone when I placed the order didn't tell us that. And I asked him specifically was there any type of special. In my opinion bad customer

Same thing as many of the reviews. Order said it was done but no where near. They put like 3 pieces of bacon and all the employees just walk around the store doing nothing. Not the first time this has happened

Take out or delivery only. Service?? its a joke unless the GM is there. I called tonight to place an order, Ignorance beyond belief. My favorite line from her was "come on, im trying to make a living here"
I have been here before, and it was okay. But today it was not good. The order on the app said it was done but when I got there it was not. Said it was close to being completed. Though from the photos I would say it wasn't even close. I mean come on the garlic bread just has the sauce spread on it like a kindergartener who never cooled in his life. Tenders with sauce were just kinda slapped together. The presentation was terrible to say the least. I guess you get what you pay for right.
Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't think there is a ramp there. Though if there is it most likely is blocked by a parked car.
