There are three staple water ice flavors that should never run out. Those are as follows : Cherry, Chocolate, and Lemon. I arrived here yesterday at approx 6:30pm and they were out of chocolate water ice. They were also out of soft pretzels. I would like to add I purchased a soft pretzel here about a week prior and it was stale and awful, that being said I wanted a quick fix for their verison of a soft pretzel as I did not feel like trecking across town looking for a soft pretzel. On another prior visit after ordering a Gelato the server put my spoon on the dirty counter not in the bag. I get it, you hire teenagers for summer help but when commonsense is not there to put utensils in the bag, well its time to select a different location for my Rita's Water Ice fix. As always people SYOY!!!

One of the employees was being really racist. I asked for the mango flavor, they said they didn’t have anymore. So I asked for the juicy pear and an Caucasian customer came up and asked for mango & they got mango.. so I asked the employee why did they get mango and I didn’t. The employee was nasty towards me and said she’s not serving us.

I always go to this Rita’s but tonight I witnessed something so disgusting and I was appalled. I was there tonight and my sister asked for mango water ice, the girl said that she has to check to see if they have more. She proceeds to come back and tell us that they don’t have any mango so my sister got a different flavor mind you she asked for a small. Then a Caucasian couple comes up to the second window and I guess the lady asked for mango and she gets a large mango water ice. So I asked the girl serving us so there’s not no more mango? She says no, my girlfriend who was with us proceeds to so how did the lady next to us get mango and she says when I looked there wasn’t anymore there. But mind you this couple got here after us and the girl serving them went to go look after the girl serving us looked, so how there cannot be anymore mango. So after we confront her about the situation she walks away and says “ I’m not gonna deal with them “. We go here all the time literally, live down the st. It’s ridiculous we’re still going through this being African American. Won’t be back

I’m a regular customer since I live close by. Tonight I went with my family and I asked for mango water ice. The young lady told me there wasn’t anymore which was fine because it was late and close to closing time. Someone else came an after me and asked for mango and got a full cup. When I asked about the mango water ice , she said she “thought” there wasn’t anymore . Very unprofessional.

I only have the custard ice cream all other stuff has to much sugar in it have ice cream much good than wooder ice.
Late night cool treats early Spring to early Fall..lots of flavors and great staff at this location. Goodies added with peanut butter this fall season were a huge plus!

First time visit Rita’s. My friends recommended to try mango gelati. It was mango slush with vanilla soft ice cream(gelato?). It was good, and it’s better when the ice cream melted down and mixed with slush.

Usually decent service and all. BUT. tonight the boy did not make my order correctly- seemed like he winged it. I took it back and he remade it - WRONG AGAIN.. a simple order with no modifications, he needs some serious training. We won't back to this location again. Last time a a girl made my order and over mixed it to where it practically liquidified. I don't think blendinis are suppose to be liquidity. Unfortunately. For what I paid it was terrible.
