I order the same thing at every Starbucks I go to. But this one exceeded my expectations. The girl who was working this morning was kind and she made my hot protein matcha perfectly. Normally when I order at other locations there are still chunks of matcha at the bottom. But here I was pleasantly surprised!! Thank you for taking the time to properly steam my drink. That girl deserves a raise. Its the little things that make customers happy.

They do not redeem coupons from the app or any at all or any of your reward points, and they do not state that anywhere. Complete waste of time. It would've been nice if they could either make good or compensate for the inconvenience, maybe a percentage off or something

The guys working here are really kind and efficient. Sad I can't remember both of their names but one was named kitt or kid? Anyways both were awesome at customer service and the drinks are extra yummy.

Went shopping in giant and really was craving a coffee that wasn’t high in calories, walked up and asked the barista if she could put something together for me, she did with no hesitation and was super sweet! Loved it will definitely be back!
