The absolute worst experience I've ever encountered in a restaurant. The host at the door told us if we wanted a table it was over a 20 minute wait because they only had two server. We counted the number of seated tables.... 6. Also, there was nobody else waiting to be seated besides us. Then told us if we sit at the bar area we would be served right away by the bartender. So to the bar area we go. The bartender asked us if we were seated there and then scoffed when we said yes. There was 6 people at the bar and 2 people at a table next to us. Almost 10 minutes later she came over and took the people next to us drink orderzl, anf then ours. We put our food order (no appetizers) in at the same time. 10 minutes later us and the table next to us got out drinks.30 minutes later, the food for our table came out but not our neighboring table. I order steak with potatoes and broccoli and got corn instead of potatoes. Also, the steak glaze was missing. We told her about the issue and she said that the kitchen would be made aware. Instead of going back to the kitchen, she went behind the bar and started moving things around. No even making drinks or telling the kitchen. Then she came out with our neighbors food 5 minutes later, still no potatoes or glaze. Now my food is cold and guess what... Our neighbors got my steak and I had gotten theirs.... How did you not realize when I got corn that they ordered, you served the wrong table. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks or dessert and after looking and speaking with others in the bar area, THEY ALL HAD MESSED UP DRINKS AND ORDERS!Once the manager was made aware of the mess ups, the bartender came and handed everyone their checks.I will absolutely NEVER visit this establishment again. There is no reason we should have been there 1 hour and 45 minutes for 1 alcoholic drink, 1 water and two entrees when there wasn't even 20 people total in the restaurant.Meanwhile, we ordered wings to go from the online ordering menu for our teenager who was at home ... They were ready in 15 minutes. So no, it wasn't the kitchen... This was ALL in horrible bartender who obviously didn't want to work tonight. And... Wasn't even sorry for the issues we had.

My dinner experience tonight was horrible as was the other couples that were seated in the bar area. I however do understand that maybe our bartender was new or was having a bad day i mean ,it happens.However...we ordered my child wing for pick up were perfection. And the last time i ordered to go food it was ON POINT. SO, its not everyone.

We arrived after 10:00 p.m. and we're told it would take 30 minutes for a table. I'm not sure if this was a staffing issue, because there were a lot of empty tables. We attempted to sit at the bar, but walked out. There were dishes and napkins everywhere. The floors, the bar and the chairs were literally sticky. We walked out and went to Redstone which was amazing!

It’s been years since I’ve had TGI Fridays. I called and spoken with a gentleman name Brandon to confirm the menu and pricing. He was patient, respectful and I thank you. My co-worker Jay and myself ordered the whisky glazed sampler. We were both well pleased. We do suggest a sauce for the fried shrimp. But overall today’s lunch was good. Thanks again Brandon

I don't usually write reviews. However, in this case, it is needed . My first red flag about this location is that this night was a beautiful 54-degree, and the restaurant was empty.. I sat at the bar, and despite having two bartenders, I had to wait to be greeted because one of the bartenders was too busy eating Chinese food at the end of the service bar. I ordered my drink and got it, but the sugar on the rim, which I did not ask for, was running down the side of my glass, the fact that I got no napkins mad it very bad. I got my food, and that was a totally different experience in itself. Wings were dried out, and potato skins were burned. All the while, I could not get the bartenders attention because his mouth was filled with food. But this is what really made me understand why business was slow, the food runner that brought our food looked homeless, and he had air buds listening to music, when he brought the other tables food, he stopped at the bar, with food in hand to have a chat with his friends who was sitting there, the person that looked like the manager was dressed poorly and he never checked on any guess in the area where I was sitting, and out of the corner of my eyes, I saw a mall employee coming up to sit at the bar, on her break, with a cup of water and a Tupperware bowl in her hands, which she then opened an began to have her dinner, all the while, a pizza was being dropped off to the host at front, which they ate at the hist stand. If this is how this location is operating, no wonder it was empty at 7 pm on a Friday night. I've worked in restaurants, and this is by far the poorest example of execution I've ever seen. I feel sorry for the hard-working families who come in for dinner at TGI Willow Grove and have to put up disgusting service.

If I could give it no stars, I would. Simply awful service. I ordered a drink that was never given to me, after the waitress asked me three times what I ordered. I eventually just got up and grabbed it from the bartender. There were plates everywhere at the tables around us from previous customers that were never cleaned up. The cherry on top was one of the servers on her phone at a booth, doing nothing, with the towel used to clean tables in her right hand and the phone in her left. Staff members were doing their best to look busy while doing absolutely nothing. It was abysmal. Whoever owns this location, you need to clean house and start over. Your workers don’t give a damn about their job. Also, the bathroom was extremely dirty – trash can overflowing, paper towels everywhere, pee on the ground, sticky floors, and someone left a #2 on the ground.

This location appeared to have no management tonight whatsoever. Had an employee on the phone walking around yelling and cussing over the game. Sat at the bar where she had one speed. If you didn't ask you wouldn't get anything. Had to ask to put in entrees after being done appetizers for over 30 minutes and still waited while she picked up glasses to wash instead of taking our order. Had payment out for over 20 minutes. All of this with a total of 10 people at the bar. I bartended for 7 years so I'm beyond understanding when it's busy, but there was no effort to be found.

This was literally the WORST service I've ever experienced. The server never checked on us and didn't even acknowledge that she had heard the words we had said! We would tell her something and she would just walk away! The drinks and food took FOREVER. We were completely ignored by the worst wait staff I've ever seen. Employee # 348 should be fired. She does not have the ability to be a server. 0/10. DO NOT COME HERE!

I've just had the worst service I've ever had at any restaurant. My girlfriend's food never came out even 10 minutes after I and our friend finished our food. The waitress never apologized or acknowledged the fact that her food never came out. It took an additional 10 minutes to receive the food after asking for it in a box to go. It was just a Cobb salad. Also my $4 beer was $7 on the receipt for some reason.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had while out to eat. My boyfriend, daughter and I decided to stop here to grab a quick bite to eat after doing a little shopping. Upon arrival the host was just sitting at a table with her back faced to the door eating/chatting with another girl. When we finally got seated at a table it took the waitress at least 10-15 minutes to even come over and greet us. When she did come over, you could not even hear a word she said. As a server, you should be outgoing speak up, I mean you are working for tips, have some enthusiasm! While waiting for our food, I looked around at the section we were in and it was just dirty dishes on tables all around that were like that the whole entire time we were there. For me, that is just not appetizing to eat with dirty tables all around you. We waited about 45 min to an hour for our food to come out in a restaurant that maybe had 4 tables sitting. Waitress barely checked on us. All in all not a very good experience at all. I will not be eating here again.

Food was good, but service was terrible. Hostess was rude and miserable. She didn’t even greet us. Her name was either Jasmine or Yasmine I believe. She didn’t introduce herself, and I only spared a glance at her name tag. She doubled as a waitress I believe (or at the least lightening the load of wait staff by doing drinks and refills) and told us “because they’re closing soon” that we couldn’t get a table. It was just turning 11. Both me and the person I was with were very confused about this—took a double look at the sign stating the restaurant’s hours of operation—and then she rolled her eyes, grabbed two menus, and walked away. We assumed we were supposed to follow, so we did. She took us to a table. It took awhile for someone to come around, but when they did, it was the manager I believe. His name was Jackson and he has fantastic customer service skills. We overheard the hostess from earlier say something about being loaded with tables—but there wasn’t really a lot in the entire restaurant, and most of them were being helped by Jackson instead of her! And throughout the night, employees came up to him to tell him that he got more tables, Jasmine gave you another table of hers and they’ve been there for a bit without being helped, etc. Stuff along those lines.Jackson was a super star and did not stop for one second, was running around while I noticed Jasmine either on her phone or hanging out at the bar chatting with other employees. Checked on us a fair amount without being too hover-y. Was on top of refills, was very pleasant. At one point some of the employees started getting aggressive with each other and the atmosphere got quite tense. Employees from the bar were speaking aggressively to a busser/janitorial staff. He shook his head and walked away, while they tried to bait him by making nasty comments. It was very unprofessional and quite uncomfortable as a guest. If it weren’t for Jackson and the fact that I was quite hungry—I would’ve left.My review would be 1 star if not for Jackson.

I was at the location on Saturday night to go eat for my birthday. Myself and 4 others walked into the restaurant and Immediately the hostess says to a male waiter who walked in from outside that myself and family would be his next table .this made him angry and yelled at her saying no he didn't want us .then they went back and forth about it .we were completely shocked and upset .so we walked out .I've been inthe food industry all my life and that was very unprofessional .we love tgi but will never go to that location again .

I always love Friday's honey glazed wings, the shrimp and chicken pasta. However today it was awful chicken was hard and the pasta tasted like a bunch of pepper was just dumped on it. The server tried his best to accommodate. Just didn't want to take my chances with anything else. Please do
