Top Pot & Korean BBQ

First time and I love everything here.
The quality of meat is great, the service is an exceptional, and the taste of foods are very delicious, even cheesecake OMG!
Definitely be back here soon!

All around great experience from the service to the food. The waiter even put a heart into our food tray for a little extra razzle dazzle and we could not be more impressed. I have no complaints. I will definitely return.

We came to visit family in Philly, and this was our first hot pot and KBBQ experience. The staff were very helpful and showed us how to use the grills. The food was delicious and came out very fast, all service was excellent. Perfect place for a family dinner, we can’t wait to come back!

Great experience! Brandon was beyond helpful and the food was delicious. Gotta get the spicy beef bulgogi. We ate about 20 plates of it between the 11 of us.

3rd time I have came to this location since they opened and I have had 2 bad experiences already… first time was a couple weeks ago I was seated and had to wait 20 minutes for a server so I decided to go to the hot bar when I come back all my stuff and menus where taken off the table. I then had to wait 15 mins for a server to finally approach me to ask for my stuff and a menu. I go in today I can’t find my waiter after eating for some time so I told another waiter to let him know I’m not done I’m just going to the bathroom. I come back everything is off the table and she was grabbing my wallet so I take it from her and ask where do I pay. I also tell her I wasn’t done with my food and she says sorry and just stares at me both managers were near me and did not step in to help or ask anything. Mind you there wasn’t a lot of people in the restaurant and they wear headsets but communication between them is horrible. For the manager to stand behind me, hear a customer is upset and has a problem but not jump in, why are they a manager? Mortal of the story is if your dining by yourself don’t go to the bathroom because they will take it upon themselves to clean up the table and move your stuff.

I like the food. Everything was nice but the customer service kinda bad because the waiter is not really active. They don’t really know the procedure to work or divide the work by keeping talking in the front with each other and let the customer find them instead.

With no family in town, my partner and I were looking for alternative Thanksgiving Day plans.
Fortunately, Top-Pot and Korean BBQ came through with an incredible meal. We were about 5 minutes early and they let us in. The service from the host the multiple servers was excellent. Our primary server Toni was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. She recommended that we try the shrimp paste for the hot pot and it was unique and delicious!
We ended up getting the hot pot and Korean BBQ option, since it was only $5 more.
Everything was delicious. Some stand out items include: bulgogi, crown daisy greens, taro, wagyu (which was complimentary for Thanksgiving day guests). The menu was HUGE!
Decent sized parking lot that was free.
We would highly recommend and will return again.

A family road trip from Lancaster, PA to Willow Grove was totally worth it for a *Top Pot KBBQ* feast! From the moment we stepped in, the vibrant atmosphere set the tone for a memorable meal. My husband, kids, and I dove right into the delicious, sizzling meats on the grill, and let me tell you—the flavors did not disappoint. The meat was perfectly marinated, tender, and packed with bold, savory goodness that made every bite a little bit of heaven.

The best part? The interactive experience of grilling your own food right at the table—perfect for the kids to get in on the fun while mom and dad sit back (a little) and enjoy the show. We loved the variety of side dishes that paired so well with the BBQ, each adding just the right touch to balance the rich flavors.

It's not just a meal, it's an experience. Worth the drive? Absolutely! We’ll be back for more tasty memories—and maybe next time, I'll let the kids do the grilling!

Our server Orvin was fantastic and was really friendly. We didn't feel rushed and he went above and beyond our expectations. He needs a raise.

The food was great, the slushys were very good if you like grapefruit I would try it. Price isn't that bad. Will be going there soon. Nice atmosphere, service 👌 👍, no problem getting a seat. One of the best restaurants that I've been in.

Pretty small bbq burner for a party of 5. It's what, like 12-18"? One person can't partake in cooking for the 5-6 party set up. Took two hours for us to cook the lunch menu order, almost all meat, and still had potatoes and onions that would have taken another half hourv to cook. It wasn't a ton of food and we continually had the burner filled and temperature all the way up. I've been to Korean BBQs with much larger cooking surfaces that get ripping hot. The food bar is ok and same with sauces.

My family and I went for Sunday dinner. The restaurant is huge and clean. The food is absolutely delicious. If you like hot pot this is the place for you. They even have crab legs!!! Our waiter YOUNG provided outstanding 5 star service. He took the time to explain the menu and how hotpot works. Thanks YOUNG for all your help (professional and efficient). We definitely will be returning.

I heard about this place through social media, and they were definitely right! The vibes were good! The servers explained the menu well and answered all of my questions. The only downside is it is a bit pricey than I'm used to any Korean BBQ, but I do understand that they have a buffet portion too (something that I haven't seen before). If you are planning on doing lunch on a weekend, they are going to charge you the dinner price, which was explained to me. Great overall!
