Yard House is such a great spot for families! It’s very kid-friendly with a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are always attentive. They have an impressive range of drinks for adults, something for everyone and the nachos are hands-down the best! Perfect place to relax, enjoy great food, and have a fun time with the whole family. Definitely our family favorite spot!

Went for happy hour for 2. Our waitresses Malia was sweet, friendly, and attentive same as David the manager. The tuna, chicken lettuce wrap, and mushroom pizza were good. I would pass on the spinach dip however the chips were decent. I would come back for good service and happy hour bc they have a good selection of beer.

I was really surprised and disappointed with our visit. We walked in planning to have a couple of drinks and a light lunch. The bar was practically empty—maybe five people total in a space that holds around 30. Twice, someone behind the bar, a shorter guy who seemed to be fiddling with the taps, walked right past us. I even said we were ready to order, and he just ignored us and kept doing whatever he was doing.
So we ended up walking out and going over to The Cheesecake Factory instead.
If the manager happens to read this, here’s a little advice: empty seats are the most expensive thing in a restaurant. Something to think about.

Great location for Sunday football lunch date. If you go ask to be seated with the waitress Zay! My wife and I enjoyed our food, the atmosphere and Zay’s professionaisim. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu choices and friendly. We will definitely return.
I come here often, but took the day off to spend the day with the wifey. Ended up at a fam favorite for some kidless happy hour fun. After the week she had I was happy to give her a chance to getaway and have a great meal on the low.

This was my first visit to Yard House at the Willow Grove Mall in Philadelphia, and it definitely won’t be my last! I came from New Jersey with my daughter to visit a friend, and we decided to stop in for lunch. Our server, Chrissy, was absolutely amazing — personable, kind, efficient, and her recommendations were spot on!
She even took the time to snap a few photos for us and chat like we were old friends, all while effortlessly tending to her other tables. I visit a lot of restaurants, and I always pay close attention to customer service because it means everything in my own business — and Chrissy’s was outstanding!
We truly enjoyed the appetizers, drinks, and entrées (the pork chops are a must-try!). The next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely be requesting Chrissy again if she’s still there. She has exceptional people skills and made our visit a great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Chrissy, for making our day so enjoyable!

I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your Willow Grove location. On 11/07/2025 I placed a takeout order totaling nearly $40 for tacos and a salad. While waiting for my order, I requested a small side of sour cream and was told it would be an additional 59¢ charge due to company policy.
I understand that restaurants have policies, but I was taken aback that after spending nearly $40, such a small request couldn’t be accommodated as a courtesy. When I expressed my frustration, the staff showed no concern or flexibility. As a result, I chose to cancel the entire order — not because of the amount, but because of the principle.
In a time when customers are already facing higher costs and supporting local restaurants despite economic challenges, I believe respect and appreciation for loyal patrons should take priority over minor upcharges. This experience left me feeling undervalued and disappointed.
I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that Yard House will reconsider how small gestures of goodwill — such as waiving minor add-on fees for paying customers — can make a big difference in customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
