The food was absolutely AMAZING! We ordered a poke bowl, chicken nachos, burgers, kids’ burgers, and fries — and everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. You can really tell they care about the quality of their food. The only downside was the service. When I asked for hot water, it was served to me in a PLASTIC cup, which was surprising and honestly a bit disappointing. Otherwise, great food and overall a place worth visiting if the service improves a bit!

I typically go to The Yardhouse in Willow Grove quite often for happy hour. However, the last few visits for some reason the chicken nachos were burnt. The manager agreed and they replaced it with another burnt order on the evening of 2/19/2026. I gave up. I’m not sure if it’s an oven temperature issue or the chef on duty. Either way there’s no excuse for serving burnt nachos twice 😵💫And please don’t tell me they’re supposed to be served that way.

We came for happy hour, my wife and I. The hostess was smiley and very helpful, which gave us a great first impression. The service overall was just okay.
We ordered the mushroom flatbread, which was very good, and the sliders tasted nice, though they were a bit oily. Unfortunately, the wings were really bad—I took one bite and couldn’t eat any more. What was surprising is that the waitress didn’t ask if everything was okay with the dish, even though it was obvious we ate or boxed everything except the wings.
Overall, mixed experience: some good food, but the wings and lack of follow-up took away from it.

Ugh I won’t come back here.. I ordered the spicy jambalaya here and only ate a bit of it and now I’m home and my stomach is aching and I’m nauseous with a slight! I called the restaurant to report it and the manager says to me I can’t refund you but I can check the quality of the ingredients and I’ll be back so he literally comes back on the phone not even a minute later and says the ingredients are fresh and they were made this morning. Smh mind you cross contamination is a thing and unproper hygiene and preparing food can make people sick and not to mention bad seafood can also make you very sick! He tells me I’m sorry you’re sick but best we can do is suggest you go to your doctor and escalate your issue to customer relations but they’ll probably tell you the same thing! And I’m like wowwww I gave him my info but I doubt he wrote it down and I doubt he even checked anything he said he would! He also mentioned that the company would probably pay for my doctors appointment and I’m just thinking like they’d pay for a dr appointment but not refund me back for my bad food!?! What an insult I was a bit irritated that I just wanted to get off of the phone because I felt like I wasn’t being taken serious and they thought I was out to just get a free meal.. very insulting to me that this situation wasn’t properly handled…I didn’t even eat all of the jambalaya I took the rest to go and and now my stomach is aching, slight headache and I’m feeling nauseated.. I rarely go out to eat… if my condition gets worse I will be going to the hospital! but anyways very unprofessional…

Now awesome place BUT if you’re going please expect to leave with high blood pressure😭😭my server was nice but when I tell you EVERYTHING WAS SALTY. If you zoom in on the picture with the chips you ca actually see how much salt was added to each chip. I got the barbecue burger or something like that to go because I literally felt like my blood vessels were about to burst open. Idk if the chef was going through a breakup or something I don’t really know but Damm brother!. Great ambience though🩷my server was definitely not salty she was awesome🩷
