Burger King

Slowest BK ever. Spent almost 4 minutes sitting at the drive thru after she said she'd be with me. I had a mobile order and didn't need to wait. Then our food was not hot when they gave it to us. Will stay with McD's from now on.

Waited 15 minutes for 4 double cheese burgers and 3 large fries, was given singles instead of doubles and small fries

Arrived at 9:50 AM and was told in the drive-thru there was a 10 minute hold(?). Came back 25 minutes later and heard the drive-thru attendant tell the car in front of me their out of eggs. When I pulled up I was told there was another 10 minute hold(?) although there were 3 cars waiting to pay for food. Attendant said they only have 2 people working.

Every time I pay for extra toppings they remove the lettuce and tomato from my burgers.

Don’t even bother with this place service is garbage stood inside 20 mins while worker ignored inside customers a drive thru wasn’t even that full just plain lazy !

The old ginger white lady here is insanely rude and unprofessional. She told us in the drive through it would be a moment to order but had us waiting for over 20 minutes (my husband really wanted the spongebob meal) while only taking orders inside. When I finally went in to ask about the drive through she told the other workers to keep it shut down, again while taking orders inside the whole time. She didn’t even have the decency to let us know they weren’t taking drive through orders while we sat and waited. On top of all of it she was rude to everyone who came into the restaurant, and they were “sold out” of everything we all sat waiting for.

Best Burger King I've been to in a long time.

Was there at 620am on a Saturday. Told me they dont open till 7am.... See attached pic.

After ordering online, more than half of my food items weren't present in the bag, the items that I was CHARGED and PAID for.

Me and my girlfriend went there a little bit before they closed to get her food she got from her rewards points and got there and pulled up to the window the lady unlocked the window and i asked if there was an online order and for my girlfriends name and the lady said no we dont have an online order and that they were closed she was so rude never going back again

Love this place and the food

My son found a hair in his burger. Submitted complaint. Restaurant doesn't bother to respond or issue a refund. Disgusting.
