Burger King

My son found a hair in his burger. Submitted complaint. Restaurant doesn't bother to respond or issue a refund. Disgusting.

Every single time I go to this location they either mess my order up and or forget items. Then to make it worse they stated when I gave them another shot that they had no food to even make my order and told me I’d have to go somewhere else. I will don’t think I’ll ever go to this location or Burger King again, terrible service and always an issue.

Food was good but workers were more worried about talking to each other than taking orders and told us they’d take our order in a minute then turned around and started talking to friends.

There was a girl there who IMO should’ve been fired on the spot. She was so rude and entitled. The manager showed so much more patience and grace with her than I would have. She politely asked the rude employee to go to the back to make the food and the rude employee flat out told her she wasn’t going to do so, calling the manager all kinds of names, just acting completely insufferable. Kudos to the manager for not slapping her on the spot, and to the other employee who kindly got us our drinks and without hesitation went to the back to make the food like the manager had asked the other lazy girl to do in the first place. I hope the manager and that other employee sees this because again, they were great. And I don’t know how they put up with that other poor excuse of an employee. Giving this 2 stars because of those two employees. If it would’ve been based on my interaction with the first girl it would’ve been a 0.

The costumer service was really bad she had an attitude bc SHE got my order wrong, she was on her phone while standing over the fry’s when people where in line, waited for her to get off her phone to take my order to come over and get back in her phone while I was telling her my order. I don’t know her name but she is the girl with the blonde snuck stripe hair style.

Received no bacon on my burger and no straw

We ordered a bacon king, and got it without any bacon. They didnt give us straws either

Food and service not so great

by not having stale rolls. the Whopper was completely lukewarm. way too much mayonnaise two little drops of ketchup I asked for no onions or tomatoes and it was on the sandwich I received no receipt hell I was surprised I even got napkins. over $10 for a small drink and a Whopper with cheese that I ended up throwing in your parking lot will not be back

Food was burnt and terrible. I can’t believe this place is still open.

Poor customer service and the food was poorly made. We asked for fresh fries they took some out of the bin and put them in the fryer again.
