George's is a good place to eat
The service is friendly. The food is not pretentious with descriptions one can not understand. It was a nourishing and relaxed meal.

We got Thanksgiving dinner to go, and we were very pleased with the taste and amount of food we got. Was well worth it.

I never plan to go to this restaurant again. The waitress was pleasant. The resturant was clean. I ordered the pork and sauerkraut. When my meal can it had less then 1 teaspoon pork in the whole meal. When the waitress ask me how my meal was, I told her of the small amount of pork. Her response was” that’s how he makes it”. Nothing else was done about it. When I left the cashier ask me how my meal was. I told her about the small amount of pork. Her response was. “ I will have to tell them about that.”That’s all that was done. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

My sister is one of their regulars for breakfast. Staff is extremely friendly.
They also accommodate changes to the menu.

Place needs updated. Floors are nasty looking! It seemed to upset the histes when my sin asked for the five of us to sit at the counter. Sweet potatoes were ice cold, to much mayo on the club sandwich and fish was tough and over cooked.

Disappointed again and not sure I will go back. I had Eggs Benedict and the eggs were over cooked and the Hollandaise sauce was separated and oily looking.
I had a grilled sticky bun which was a disappointment also. Looked and tasted like it was sitting around for a while and the sticky tasted like a caramel sauce.

Great local spot. Lunch was very good, and the menu was diverse enough, with some nice unique items on it. Awesome strawberry pie too.
