Hess Barbecue Catering

This is the third time using Hess over the past 2 years. Always excellent food and huge portions! I highly recommend. The staff is always pleasant and very knowledgeable.

Their smoked wings are a family favorite! Excellent service and friendly staff!

Weddings by Hess did such an outstanding job at my wedding. I have celiac and Tara and her staff did an incredible job at making sure everything was safe for me to eat and made me my own GF Mac and cheese. I had other guests with dietary restrictions and they were on top of it and had plenty of options for them. We got SO many compliments on the food from our guests, especially about the brisket and Mac and cheese. We did buffet style, but the staff brought us our food to the sweetheart table, especially to make sure I got my GF options. During the planning phase, they were incredible about communicating in a timely manner and answered all of my many questions. If you want your wedding to have incredible food you need to hire Weddings by Hess!!

Very good but unfortunately they use High Fructose Corn Syrup in the BBQ Sauce which is super unhealthy. So, I can no longer eat there which is why I gave it only 3 stars.

We used Hess BBQ to cater my daughters 1st Birthday and the food was absolutely delicious. All our guests could not stop raving about it and kept going back for seconds. Generous portions, we had plenty of leftover as well for some nice freezer meals. Super accommodating as they had a wedding booked the same day, but still made sure the food was hot for us to pick up and threw in a hot box to use for our convenience. Greatly appreciated, will definitely be using Hess for our future events! Special thanks to Tara who was not only patient with our planning, but kind, thorough, and quick to respond. We greatly appreciate it!

We found Hess Catering through our venue and we are SO thankful that we did. We had the opportunity to work with Tara and were captivated by her kindness immediately. We were able to do a taste testing early on and after the feast Tara gave us, we didn’t look any further. We knew it would be a perfect fit for our day. Our guests were so impressed with the flavor and variety of food and are still talking about it!!

Love the Hess pulled pork sandwich, and their sides are delicious as well. Workers are friendly and helpful.

Great Food..and Great People..was very easy to phone in order for pickup a couple days later Hot Food was Nice and Hot..did not need to have any warming up Was a great Choice for our Party...Thanks for Good Stuff....

We chose Hess to cater our wedding because OMG this food is AMAZING. Not only is the food incredible, they also have a wide variety of options and are super willing to work with anything you may want. Their prices are super reasonable and they have several different packages you can pick from. They also provided linens and have basically every color in the rainbow to pick from. Everyone that works here is so nice and professional as well. I highly recommend them for anyone planning a wedding or a big event (PS the buffalo chicken dip is out of this world).

Hess BBQ Catering provided me and my husband with the BEST service on our wedding day. Tara worked with us for over a year, and she had great communication throughout our entire planning process. Hess BBQ offers a variety of menu choices to meet your budget needs! We absolutely loved the dessert bar and having the choice to select 8 different desserts for our guest! Our donut wall was a big hit along with all the other goodies. Hess BBQ did amazing work with set up at our venue, attending to me and my husband, and they even gave us take home boxes of our dinner menu! All the workers were wonderful. We had nothing but compliments on how great the food/dessert was! Glad we chose Hess BBQ to caterer our wedding.
