We chose Hess to cater our wedding because OMG this food is AMAZING. Not only is the food incredible, they also have a wide variety of options and are super willing to work with anything you may want. Their prices are super reasonable and they have several different packages you can pick from. They also provided linens and have basically every color in the rainbow to pick from. Everyone that works here is so nice and professional as well. I highly recommend them for anyone planning a wedding or a big event (PS the buffalo chicken dip is out of this world).

Hess BBQ Catering provided me and my husband with the BEST service on our wedding day. Tara worked with us for over a year, and she had great communication throughout our entire planning process. Hess BBQ offers a variety of menu choices to meet your budget needs! We absolutely loved the dessert bar and having the choice to select 8 different desserts for our guest! Our donut wall was a big hit along with all the other goodies. Hess BBQ did amazing work with set up at our venue, attending to me and my husband, and they even gave us take home boxes of our dinner menu! All the workers were wonderful. We had nothing but compliments on how great the food/dessert was! Glad we chose Hess BBQ to caterer our wedding.

I want to start with the food was AMAZING! And the people are also amazing! We had them cater our wedding a few years back. The food was definitely a highlight of our night. The reason I give 4 instead of 5 is one, we wish we could have gotten the left overs from our wedding, we barely got to eat, and were so sad we didn’t get them. Secondly my great grandmothers handkerchief was tossed out in the frenzy. They did say they checked the trash, but best believe the whole tent was tossed upside down. I had left it on the table, and my guess it got caught in with the linens :/ which was heartbreaking for me. Honestly I’ve been craving this food again and we will be coming back. I recommend them to anyone who wants to cater just keep track of items a little better than me :)

They kept in constant contact, offered a wide array for choices, and were overly accommodating. The wedding day came and they went above and beyond the call of duty. Absolutely fantastic.
