Wow, I can’t believe this terrible place has more than one star. WORST PIZZA EVER! The cheese wasn’t even melted, and the topping was completely dried out. I asked for half-and-half, and they just ignored. The onion rings were like chewing rocks. Honestly, nothing here is even edible. Total garbage!

Raspberry soft serve ice cream is really good. The staff is nice and great retro vibe and outdoor seating.

Grilled chicken salad was a chopped head of lettuce with chicken from left over chicken cheesesteak, had 3 carrot slices that were like rocks and 2 tomatoes slices

Very upset. I brought my grandchildren in at 6:45pm, and was told, the ice cream counter was closed, not understanding you are to be open until 8pm, they were so upset and crying and your counter person that was there was very Rude!!! Very disappointed, and customer service skills lack in your business.

The milk the used for milkshakes was spoiled. I could smell it even before taking a sit. Oreos were stale in my daughter’s blizzard. We will not return. Please be careful.

Pizza and stromboli were horrible. Barely any sauce, way to much cheese. The crust on the pizza tasted like it was frozen. The man that took our order could barely understand or speak english. Asked for cheese steak stromboli and they brought out a cheese stromboli. Very expensive! Dont waste you money!!!

We have been House of Pizza patrons for many decades since I was a kid. The food and pizza/ice cream shop atmosphere has always been great. The food was always very good and plentiful too. Our whole team would all go there after little league games for ice cream and video games. I am sorry to say that the House of Pizza has fallen victim to high costs and ridiculous shrinkflation so common of our current times. Food cost there has nearly doubled in the last few years and the portions are half the size. A "large" order of fries use to overfill the cup it was served in and now the cup is only half filled at best for $7 bucks!!! Grocery stores are outrageous now too but we can buy a large bag of frozen fries ten times the amount for half the price of he dixie cup portion of fries served now at House of Pizza. The service and people are still good which makes it hard to write this truth of the matter comment. And what little overall food you get is still very good like before. Instead of treating ourselves to an occasional simple carry out meal, we will now be driving right past House of Pizza and onto Giant food.

Ordered Sub steak with cheese (check menu) which is different than a cheesesteak (or at least used to be, we’ve had both in the past) but we got a dry chopped up cheesesteak, with a hard roll and very little steak or cheese. We were very disappointed! One of the worst cheesesteaks I ever had there. I called and the girl on phone had no idea what I was talking about. She should look at their paper menu and see the descriptions! We won’t be going back!

The service is great! Love the soft-serve raspberry ice cream.

Best place to eat food is freshly made and delicious and staff is very friendly. They even have a lovely outdoor spot to eat in. Highly recommend.

Kid-friendliness: They also have ice cream for the kiddos.

In Lancaster county we have an abundance of pizza shops, house of pizza is by far the BEST, the crust is somewhere between thin crust and hand tossed, the perfect amount crisp and chew, I have been the 3 times in recent weeks and every time the quality is same, 100% fire.If your in willow street, Pa definitely wouldn’t miss placeBest staff best service best pizza and fresh made rolls and bun,
