I placed an order online and They didn't toast my sub and I asked for MORE chipotle sauce and they gave me little to none ??
I normally try not to be against the Staff and try to understand the fact of them being busy and I'm very patient. With that being said DO NOT bother ordering off the app or online. I have ordered on the app 3 times and all 3 times that have gotten the orders wrong. Today 6/29/24 was the 1st time it was a big enough mess up for me to bother coming back the past 2 times I just said hey for next time you messed this and this up try to be more careful or somthing along those lines , other then that the place is clean and the food is good when it's right and the people are nice.

SUPER rude employee who walked from behind the subway counter all the way over to the gas station counter getting within inches of me because I took a box off the shelf to purchase. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Great steak and Italian sub. Artesian bread was very good. Server's were very helpful. This is the one at Willow Street.

It sucked. The emo kid didn’t know what he was doing, I asked for an Italian and he just gave me ham with pepper jack! I asked for provolone! He didn’t even put lettuce, tomato or onion on it! Coming from a Philly Italian girl, worst hoagie EVER!

Unsure servers, not friendly servers, no greeting, no thank you, no napkins in bag, first server walked away without a word, next server didn't know what to do, didn't understand when I said I wanted my sub heated instead of toasted, won't be

Best subway in the area. Jake and Ryan did an awesome job and my wife and I enjoyed our sandwiches.
The food was great but the bacon seemed to be under cooked.

Disgusting. Unclean prep boards I had my sandwich drug through mayo and sauces and had to say something. Hardly put any meat on the sub. For what we pay definitely deserve better. Will start going back to the other willow street subway ghat is always clean and courteous
