Great steak and Italian sub. Artesian bread was very good. Server's were very helpful. This is the one at Willow Street.

It sucked. The emo kid didn’t know what he was doing, I asked for an Italian and he just gave me ham with pepper jack! I asked for provolone! He didn’t even put lettuce, tomato or onion on it! Coming from a Philly Italian girl, worst hoagie EVER!

Disgusting. Unclean prep boards I had my sandwich drug through mayo and sauces and had to say something. Hardly put any meat on the sub. For what we pay definitely deserve better. Will start going back to the other willow street subway ghat is always clean and courteous

Within the past couple months, there are new people working here and I really don't care for how they make our subs anymore. We order online and they have burned our toasted subs, the app and store stock are inaccurate and I still have to order something else. Just frustrating when I have anxiety and just want to go home.

It was like dealing with with bunch of preschoolers, hot chicken subs were cold. And the cold subs were missing specifically stated ingredients.

Typically, our experience with the morning/lunchtime crew gets an A+ rating. They are pleasant, upbeat, and outgoing. However, we can't say the same about our evening experiences in person or via online ordering. If you order online in the evening, just be prepared to order what you want, and eat whatever you get...
