Bit into soft taco and half a large dead bug fell out. They almost threw up after that. Went back inside to tell and show them and all they did was give another Taco, should have asked for the manager! I would have rather had a nice amount gift card to use elsewhere (different taco bell) because we will NEVER eat at this location again. Neither of us would eat the replacement taco. It just made us sick to think about eating another bite from here. All food ended up in the trash after this incident.

Got the grilled cheese burrito. It looked good on the menu. Big round and full of ingredients! What I got was a flat layered tortilla with minimal ingredients! You're lucky that I can't show a picture of my crappy flat burrito!!!

One of the friendliest staff teams in fast food. I have been there 5 or 6 teams and the team is always friendly and smiling. Truly a trend that doesn't happen at many other fast food places right now.
