i usually LOVE tacobell breakfast, it's my favorite!! and Willow Street TacoBell is my favorite place to go, but this morning the hashbrowns were very soggy. i called and got it replaced, the lady who answered was very kind and replaced it, but my replaced sandwich was just as soggy but i didn't want to be a bother by coming back and asking for a refund ): please keep crispy hashbrowns for the crunchwraps )):

Not an bad spot to grab quick food, especially burritos and tacos, but even when ordering the app, they'll sometimes mess up an order as they've added onions on one of my burritos and I didn't ask for it. And they'll mix the beverages up with another one, even on the app. So, just be sure to double-check the order, whether online or in person.
