Waited an hour for the pizza, once it finally came out it had the wrong toppings. We’ve been here 3 times and each time has been at least a 45 min wait. Done giving the benefit of the doubt service here just sucks. Shame cause the food is good

Called in for carryout. Had to repeat myself 3 times for how I wanted 1 single sub to be made. Then they called me back to ask me about the same thing I'd just explained 3 times. Chicken cheesesteak, fried onions, cheese whiz, lettuce tomato. That was it. Said it 4 times now. I knew it wouldn't be right. Got home, gelatin cold cheese whiz is in a cup on the side with a side of red sauce also which I never once said I needed. Since when don't we put the cheese on the sub? Really? Cold solid cheese whiz? Yuck. I'm starving so I eat this dry sub which is hard to get down. I've had great cheesteaks from here before, I don't know if the staff were high or just incompetent but this was not the experience I've had in the past at this store. I've been here probably 30 or more times and never had one complaint. Today was a disaster and I don't know if I can go back. How hard is it to make a cheesesteak with 6 total ingredients? To make matters worse at the end of the first half of the sub I found a black hair that was baked into the bread, it was inside the bread itself. DISGUSTING. I Threw the second half away and now I feel obligated to notify the Health Department. As for the bad service, it's just a shame they couldn't handle one sub over the phone and get it right. As for the human hair in the bread, they should probably be closed down for this. Thank God I saw it and didn't eat it. Black hair on bottom right of plate was literally intertwined in the bread.???

We order from the Willow Street location often. Our orders are always correct, the ingredients are fresh and always delicious. Staff are also very friendly. The quality of this restaurant is consistently great!
First and last time visiting. False advertising, blah pizza, not very friendly and incompetent, it was pretty bad overall.Ordered online, showed up 20 minutes later when it said it would be ready. Couldn't find my order at first, then had to wait another 30 minutes and they hand me an incomplete order. Not even an apology for their incompetence.The pizza itself was just blah, on par with a pizza hut chain style.They advertise a brick oven which they don't have. Based on the dough taste, bet they are lying about letting it rise for 48 hours also.
