Our family loves this restaurant. Tons of options for everyone. Support this amazing, family owned place!

Great selection of Asian and Thai food. We ordered various sushi rolls and they were excellent. Dine-in service was terrible. We were the only people dining-in and there were two waitresses - both spent most of their time in the back corner on their phones. Level of service we received: order taken, drinks brought to table, food brought to table. That is all our waitress did without us having to ask the young men at the front desk area.
Our waitress never checked to see how we were doing, never checked to see how our food was, never asked if we wanted drink refills. We only received our check because we had to get her attention after about 15 minutes. She never came back to get our payment, so we paid at the front desk.
Their take out business was busy the entire time we were there, which now makes sense, as their dine-in experience lacks everything you expect when sitting down at a restaurant.

We went for dinner today. Two of us ordered steak hibachi medium rare. It was well done and tough. We told our waitress and she said she told them but they said they couldn't do anything. We will NOT be spending anymore money at this place.
We did not get what we ordered so we shouldn't of had to pay full price for something we never received.
The scallops were also very fishing tasting.
We asked for a knife and the waitress didn't bring it until a second ask ten minutes later. Not one sorry for the terrible steak or I forgot to bring your knife. The waitress was not entirely the problem. She was the only one for at least 9 tables. This place is not at all for the customers!
Thursday 5:45 seated quickly. Miso soup yum! Fall harvest roll yum! Massama curry with mock duck was good. Unusual flavor. Green beans are cooked nicely (not limp) and the potatoes are french fries...they get soft and hard to stab.
Great food and plenty of it! Wonderful family business.

Wasabi is a great Japanese restaurant. Never disappoints. Some favorites are the lo-mein and kimchi fried rice.
Excellent Japanese cuisine. Prices are reasonable and service is always been on point. One of my favorite places for sushi/poke bowls in Lancaster county.

I share this review as an out of town guest - my parents recently moved to Willow Valley.
Took my mom and dad here for Mother’s Day dinner (at my mom’s request). We had been here before with no issues but tonight was just an awfully busy night for them. We used Google to make a reservation and had no problem getting seated right away at 5:30pm. There was a miscommunication right from the beginning, however, and our server didn’t even know we were his next table so it took about 10-15 minutes to be greeted. We immediately order our meals when giving our drink order. A take out line had already started and throughout the course of our stay, it kept growing and growing to the point where people were waiting in the dining room and outside.
My mom ordered Mongolian beef, my dad ordered Teriyaki chicken and I ordered a combo dinner with chef’s choice sushi appetizer and salmon teriyaki. My mom got her meal first, in what I would call a normal amount of time. My dad got his meal about 8-10 minutes later. During the time I watched my parents eat, the waiter came by twice to assure me that my meal was still being prepared. My parents ended up finishing their meal before I got mine. I had my first bite at 6:35pm.
My mom was very upset but I tried to remain calm for her. We asked to speak to a manager but she was too busy to address us. I asked for an explanation for the wait and for possible compensation. The server said that because of the holiday, they were trying to fulfill over 200+ orders! I got $10 off my bill so that was nice however the restaurant should have stopped taking orders so that they could get back on track with all of the orders already in the system. They just didn’t have the manpower to fulfill their orders.
The point of sale system should be able to calculate the number of incoming orders vs. completed orders and if not, the employees running the register should have temporarily shut down the incoming online and phone orders. The chefs were probably super stressed out. Anyway, suffice to say - that was the longest I have ever waited for a meal and even worse, the meals for the table came out at 3 separate times - it was just poorly executed dining service.
I imagine that on a non-holiday, this restaurant can operate smoothly under normal circumstances but every manager should have a plan for order fulfillment on holidays!

Do yourself a favor and get takeout only. It's so dirty inside and dingy, koi pond has been empty since covid at least, the walls by the bathroom are black with scuff and dirt. The soda taste like the nozzles have never been cleaned. The service is the worst part, it doesn't matter what day or who the server is. They take forever to greet, they're clearly annoyed. They rush you when they finally come over, but then never come back. No refills, prebussing, or even checking how everything is. Food is decent for the area, but in convinced the only reason they're so busy is these people have never eaten sushi outside of lancaster county. For the price point there's so many better options in lancaster.

Food is good, but the cooks over-spice the heck out of it. Multiple times that we've ordered from Wasabi, the waitress will ask (if you want it spicy) to place the intensity from a scale from 1-10. When asking for a mild 1 or 2 since we like a very subtle kick to it, it has arrived incredibly spicy to the point that it's almost unbearable to even eat. A few times, we've had to return it it was that spicy. Can't imagine what a #10 level would be as their range is simply all over the place! For now on, if we return, we'll just ask for no seasoning altogether. Mild means a dash of spice - not most of the bottle!
