Bad experience! Front staff and guy w/ the beard was cussing and just straight up ignoring us. Can’t even comment on the food because I couldn’t eat it! First time I’ve ever had to deal with this in a fast food restaurant, never going to this location again and recommend Arby’s management to look into the kind of folks they’re hiring to represent them!

I was picking up a Doordash order. There was maybe 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru. I was standing at the counter 10 minutes with nobody even acknowledging I was there. When the manager came out of the office, he started talking to me about his Mom (whom I don't know) without asking if I had been helped. I asked if he knew what was taking my order so long. That's when he found that the Mozzarella sticks for the order hadn't been dropped and he said that was all I was missing and began mopping the dining room floor (at 6:30pm). However, when the kid handed me the ONE bag that was supposed to have 15 items in it, I asked him to verify that everything was there. He gave me an attitude and then after digging through the bag found that a sandwich was also missing and hadn't even been made. The service here always sucks!

Little slow but definitely been sleeping on this place. Chicken fingers on a good day are like old school fridays fingers and crinkle fries are decent. Good option when your tired of other fast food. Never had one of their sandwiches so cant speak to that.

3 people working at this place during lunch is absolutely ridiculous especially when you uber eats waiting there for over 35 min for an order. This was the worse experience I ever had doing a delivery and I don't even blame the workers what is 3 people gonna do with an onslaught of people ordering food.
