🪖 ABOVE and BEYOND🎖️ These troopers (crew working during sunset Sunday 10/27/2024) deserve this honorable mention.
Myself and three friends Joao, Dane and Bill came to this ARBY’s for dinner. It was quiet with low activity so we sat down at one of the tables before going up to order. Within 10 minutes an influx of approximately 20 people flooded in, possibly more.
Lemme tell ya somethin’, you could clearly see how much of a work load and labor that this crew was now suddenly working with AND THEY EXCELLED!!!
😳They operated like a well oiled machine and busted their AS*ES!!!
The most commendable aspect was that they all did it whilst maintaining a positive attitude. WE WILL BE COMING BACK👍🏼
Eric the person at the counter is very loud. And does not talk with you. Very impersonation. I felt as if I was not welcome. This will probably be the last time I eat here.

Arby's in Wind Gap is supposed to be open until 10 pm on Friday night, go through the drive-thru at 8:05 pm and a guy comes walking out the back and says that he just cleaned up and can't serve us. Told the same thing to the car behind me. Really not sure how this place is still open. Last time I went, they messed up my order and I got no condiments. I said back then that I would not go back, but someone else in my car wanted Arby's, so I obliged. I will certainly never go back now. The food is not that great anyway and the service is terrible. Also, the people that work there always look a little crusty. Arby's will probably be the next place closing, but no surprise there!

I left without paying at the window because they took an excessive amount of time. Between ordering and waiting at the window it was about 15 minutes before I gave up. I go through drive through when fast service is needed.

Just left there thought I would try the burger but wasn't up on menu but had a picture on the front asked the employee he said yes we sell burgers but I know nothing about them, what's on them etc etc he had no interest in selling anything ? so we left with nothing

Why is this Arby's still open. Ni cares about wait time. I stood there for ever and was the only customer there. I do not get it. The bread was nasty. The food was cold. And no one cared. I was given no refund and was to to Deal with it. Are you kidding. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. Absolutely horrible.

Arrived with excitement about enjoying sliders as I do at other Arby's. Asked unenthusiastic employee about slider specials to which she replied, "No" with a deadpan stare. The lobby was drab and uninviting. Noting the number of views my reviews have, it is my hope that other visitors Slide on over to Wendy's down the block. Great food. Great service.
Fries were cold-bun was hard & no kechup the only thing good was the soda!

Here now. For 50 years I have always loved Arby's so i was looking forward to eating there again when i found one. No one ele was here but I still had to wait, and all my food was cold. I mean not warm. Im eating in the parking lot because i have a cold and don't want to go in to complain. The window staff was eude to begin with soi I won't even bother. People have told me that Arby's has gone down hill, and today proves it. Shameful.

Arby's never disappoints. Love their Reuben sandwich on soft marble rye! Also enjoy their gyro on soft fresh pita bread! Curly fries are a must! Their flavored lemonades are divine.
