“I have lived here for 5 years and finally made it to this place for Mother's Day. All I can say is: YOU ALL THROW DOWN! I was impressed by how well you treated my mom by giving her the Au Poivre with a medallions of perfectly cooked filet mignon. And the steak sauce was so silky and rich. She also really enjoyed the Margaritas and the service. My entree was a Cobb salad (watching my carbs) and it was absolutely perfect, with tons of blue cheese and bacon. “Emilianos is known for having some of the best Sicilian pizza around—it's always been a favorite of ours. But last night’s experience was a surprise, and not in a good way. We ordered their Sicilian, expecting the usual crispy crust, rich sauce, and generous toppings split between sausage and pepperoni on one side, and peppers and onions on the other. However, what we received was far from normal—barely any toppings at all, just a faint sprinkling of sausage and pepperoni, and almost no veggies. The cheese and sauce were so sparse that the pizza felt empty and lacked the flavor we’ve come to love. We also tried their chicken parmesan sandwich, but that was a huge disappointment. I specifically asked for my chicken to be served whole, not chopped up—a common but misguided interpretation around here of how chicken parmesan should be served. What I got was a dry, rubbery, and incredibly tough piece of chicken—so tough, in fact, it was like chewing on cartilage. It was a nightmare to bite through. The sauce was barely present, and the cheese was minimal, making it far from the creamy, tender chicken parmesan I expected. Instead, it resembled a chopped-up mess rather than the classic dish—a complete misrepresentation. While Emilianos usually hits the mark, last night’s meal was a letdown. Hopefully, it was just an off night.“

“Management here is great I came in today around 11am for a quick lunch spot with my fiance and kids. Almost 30$ later ready to pay all of a sudden there card machine wasn't working and it took about 5-10 mins of doing different things to reset and boot the system back down. I'm not the impatient type and I understand things happen so I waited until things were back on to continue to try and pay, the manager insisted the meal was comp for the troubles which I felt was way above the calling and such a nice gesture to make i will definalty be returning here not only is the food great but the customer service is amazing thank you five guys“

“I was having a really bad night after an even worse day and needed something quick to eat — but it was late, around 10:30 PM. I knew Burger King was open, but I honestly didn’t expect much at that hour.

To my surprise, I was greeted by a woman with a kind, gentle voice who took my order (I got the number 10). When I pulled up to the window, she smiled and said, “We're making the fries fresh, honey. It'll just be a minute.” And as promised, no more than a minute later, she handed me my food and drink.

I expected the usual: an old sandwich, overdone fries, and a drink with too much ice — because that's been my typical late-night fast food experience. But what I got instead was a fish sandwich that tasted like it had just been made for me, fresh and hot. The fries were crispy and perfect, and even the drink had just the right amount of ice.

It might sound strange, but that food had love in it. It genuinely lifted my spirits. I went home happier than I’d been all day, just because I stopped there.

I actually returned today and got to meet a few of the other folks who work there — and they were just as exceptional. Kind people, great service, and food that feels like it was made with care.“

“they never get orders correct...if eating inside, corrections can easily be made but when you go through the drive thru and drive all the way back home in 7degree weather, nobody wants to have to get back in the car to drive back for a correction. 😠Why is it so hard for your staff to get an order correct? I ordered 2 sausage McMuffin w egg meals, (but since the oj machine was down, asked for just the 2 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns) along with an egg mcmuffin meal w a frappe....I RECEIVED: 3 sausage McMuffin sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns so now I don't get to eat breakfast as I don't like breakfast sausage. And since it is 7 degrees outside, I really don't have interest in going back outside. 😠“
