Love love LOVE wind gap Dunkin! The employees are so much friendlier than the location near my house and my orders are always consistent and delicious. Even when they’re very busy, they are consistently handing out orders so fast and with smiles on their faces. Always an amazing experience. I get the six dollar meal deal recently which is so nice because usually that would be almost 10 dollars. I know my orders will be right Al the time too if my favorite people are working (Sam and Kandal and Cara), because they always take time to make customers feel special like it makes their days to see us!

Staff atitude is bad mostly. But the last time it was almost 7pm, drive thru was open, The lady who takes orders yelled at me when I repeated my order because she kept saying "anyhing else?" Without saying "okay" . then I thought she coudnt hear me so I repeated and she yelled "AANYTHING ELSE!!! " to me. I said No thank you, I picked my order, and thanked again, she said that I am the last customer. So what? Is that means I should've not give an order or you have a right to yell?

Order the new Spider donut, it looks nothing like advertisement? Disappointed. Also it took very long,long time to get through the drive thru here and my coffee was not as ordered.
This location just moved maybe they're disorganized and seemed confused. I've stopped here twice in 3 days same experience.

The Wind Gap Dunkin Donuts is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They are the rudest people I ever had wait on me. Good thing they are moving across the street and will be bringing the rude people with them. The coffee is the worst and is never made correct. She rang me up today and never even grunted at me. I would've accepted a grunt. Never told me a total (I bought a few things), never asked if I wanted a receipt and not a word came out of her mouth or anyone else that works there. I tip everyone and I wouldn't give her a penny. I will drive out of my way to another Dunkin before ever going there again. I go to brodheadsville Dunkin and they are always so nice and have customer service and get my coffee right. Good bye Wind Gap Dunkin. Hope you go out of business.

Best cup of coffee I have ever had at a Dunkin. I have been to Dunkin donuts from Massachusetts to Florida, and this was the best. Temperature was not set to lava, and it was not bitter.

Who ever the girl working the drive thru was 5/29 @ 12-1pm is the only reason im leaving a good review, every time I come here the drive thru lady is so rude and pushy but the girl today was genuinely such a nice person to talk to, give that girl a raise and work on finding more staff like her! Coffee and everything else was great

Horrible communication. The person taking the orders has no idea what you are saying and has no idea how to take orders in the drive thru. Can't ask a question because she can't understand you, just stares at you.

I order one drink she gave me 2, she did not understand me she said , I could not understand her well either with her accent,
I told her I don’t want 2 cups. She took one back and then I see my drink was not decaf so I told her I asked her decaf. She like argued with me saying I never told her she did not want to take it back, but she took it back and gave me a cup without a label on it and it was so full. I couldn’t even put the straw in. It ran all over my car Really don’t believe me anyway because of her attitude I said well what about my change she said next time you come I’ll give you a free coffee, I never got her before when I went there I think she might be related to the owner or the owner but anyway very bad service cause I couldn’t make her out and I was charged almost 10 bucks for 2 cups of iced coffee large
