Normal experience for McDonald’s. This is the go-to post camelback location for a chicken wrap. As long as McDonald’s has this wrap I will still go to McDonald’s. Once it’s gone, consider me not a customer. I hope you’re listening to that, corporate McDonald’s. I still remember how when I was in high school they stopped selling them, and that’s when they used to be like a dollar. Cute little trick, they come back 5 years later and all of a sudden cost twice as much. I know what you’re doing. Whatever… times have been good and I can still afford these wraps, so I’m going to keep buying them.

2025: well after years of not going here and im assuming plenty of turnover. I moved to CT now back to PA. This place was a great experience. I am glad that they were able to get to where they needed to be at a customer service level and quality level. Also theyre getting a nice uplift on the building. Hope you guys keeps doing well. I work in the area so I need a snack once im awhile😅
2016(1 star): Well, it was a great place a few months ago. The service was great and so was the food. Now it's just horrible. The cashiers don't know what they're doing, especially the one guy with long hair. He looks like he always stoned. He always gave us the wrong order and always difficult. Another thing is that the night crew sits in the back and smokes. My fiancee tried going to get food one night and about 8 crew members were sitting outside the back door smoking and none of them tried taking her order and instead just stared her down. Now I have worked nights at a fast food place. My coworkers would take a smoke break but if they're on the drive thru window they still take your order. This is just horrible service.
Yes there are quite a few good employees but the recently it has been utter chaos.
Not to mention they keep all their lights off in and outside of the building. Not only is that a bad way for a business to make money but completely unsafe. Not even the parking lot lights are on.
I don't plan on coming back very soon. It's basically our last resort for food at this point. I'd much rather spend extra at Wendy's for better service and food.

I used the drive thru. They must be suffering for business here because they charge for everything. To add a packet of Mayo for your breakfast sandwich it is 50 cent. A cup of water is $.75. But i asked for one ketchup and they wastefully threw in a whole handful. My sausage was over cooked and a little hard to chew.
