The whole idea of calling ahead on the phone is to pick up your food as soon as you get in there. (Mind you it wasn’t busy, AT ALL) that’s not the case here. A person standing there(chit chatting about this that and the third) , looking at the menu and the person behind the counter is asking then “oh are you in the mood for something cold or something hot?” 🙄 sit at a table and let your waitress ask you that. Or the person behind the counter could say “take a look at the menu take your timeand let me take care of this customer. They called ahead”….no, that takes to much COMMON SENSE , instead, I was told “no you’re gonna have to wait” so you know what I said? “you can keep your sandwich” and I walked out. “Your customer service is HORRENDOUS lady, do better”! Sal, maybe higher people who like their job. Because this lady either doesn’t like her job or she’s just mean spirited. It was around noon time on a Wednesday.

Food was delicious! Plentiful and flavorful. Haven't left the dining room and I'm writing this review. We had a few Margherita slices, a Luci's Cheesesteak, a Meatball Parm and a Breaded Combo. All were amazing.

I have never felt the need to leave a review however this is the worst establishment I’ve ever gotten food from, not only did I walk in and receive the actual worst customer service ever received but they had the audacity to hassle me on the tip amount I had left for said horrid service. On top of all that I received a soggy crate of disgusting fries and the pizza tastes like it was made with gerber baby apple sauce, I cannot stress enough don’t eat here unless you want to be disappointed.

I have always loved getting takeout from Sal's, everything is made fresh and great. We decided to stay and sit down. Wow ! they have an amazing dining room and we enjoyed an awesome meal. Thank you, We will definitely be back.

We had a plain pizza and garlic knots. The garlic knot were the best we ever had. They were so soft with a lot of fresh garlic and olive oil on them. The pizza was huge and delicious. Lots of leftover to take home. Their pizza passes the overnight test for us, not dried out the next day. Can't wait to go back!

The cook he is very inaccurate person. He doesn’t wash his hands. When I asked him clean or use other pizza cutter he told me I’m crazy and said get out of here and he and started spitting into his hands and pizza. This is a man of about 35-40 years old with a beard and a cap.
