Went here 10 pm after 12 hours in the car from traveling for first time since I was like 10. Major attitude was given when I asked to take a minute to look at the menu. Upon pick up of the food, I asked for mild taco sauce. The girl rolled her eyes at me and looked like she’s never heard it. I repeated myself as she proceeded to shake her head and roll her eyes trying to understand what I was saying. Finally she handed me the packets and I went to apologize for not being clear enough and she closed the window on us. That was such an infuriating encounter for a basic simple request I honestly lost my appetite to even eat any of this. Employer was a light haired , middle aged female with glasses - Desperately needs some kind of performance review discussing basic customer politeness and interaction . Will not be choosing this spot again

I placed my order through the Taco Bell app and went through the drive-thru, and everything was perfect. My order was ready right when I pulled up, the staff was polite and efficient, and every item was exactly as I ordered. The food was hot, fresh, and neatly put together, which made the whole experience quick and hassle-free.
I’ve only ever had one issue at this location, and they fixed it right away with no questions asked, making sure I left happy at the end of my visit. That level of customer service really stands out. Super convenient, delicious, and reliable definitely a 5-star Taco Bell! 🌮⭐

Ordered 3 different menu only with vegetarian ingredients but came with beef in them. It was really frustrating. I have food restriction and had a bite already. If Taco Bell can’t serve what customers exactly want, then they should make specific menu and let everybody know that they aren’t able to make customized food. This is not tolerable so I do not recommend this store to anyone who has allergy , religious restriction or vegetarian.

I ordered for delivery. Only half of my food was delivered. The drink order was wrong. The food that did come was cold because delivery took forever and it seemed chewy and overcooked. I had to cook for myself instead.
Taco Bell only provided a $10 coupon for more Taco Bell (no thanks) instead of a refund even though delivery issues were clear in the delivery photo. Absolutely terrible experience. The franchise messed up, the contracted delivery person messed up, the corporate office messed up. They would not make it right. Not coming back.
