My car broke down in the parking lot. I went up to the buzzer and waited for someone to talk to me. No one came. I walked up to the drive through window, and was acknowledged my presence but they ignored me. Then, they went to the windowed and just started and pointed at us without coming out to ask if we were okay. Terrible service and will not be coming back here again.

Clean, good service. Most importantly, whoever's managing the place puts people that can actually speak clearly on the drive thru section. Unlike other places where you could barely understand a word they're saying.

me and my bf worked there. they never answer the phone. we tried to call out because we were sick because something is going around. They never answered and we called 5 times. They fired us because they said we did a “no call no show”. when we tried multiple times ringing their phone.

I had to come on and actually rescind my 1st review. Me and my husband spend a decent amount of money at this location and everytime we order delivery the order is either missing items, cold or completely wrong. Tonight they forgot our ranch dressing for our cold nuggets, the burgers looked like they threw them in the wrapper and crumbled it up like a piece of paper. My frosty was completely melted so I couldn't eat it with fresh hot fries like I do. The fries were old and cold and I paid for customizations on certain products and didn't receive the customization. I'm done and never again!!! Oh and I forgot to say my husband even called and spoke to the girl that supposedly was going to make it to make sure they didnt forget anything and it was still wrong, sloppy and cold. You guys need to get it together.
Always polite and order is correct. The female manager who I didn't get the name of, helped me out for a limited time offer that was only available on the app but couldn't get it to work. I don't always go to wendys but when I do they always do more the minimum which is very appreciated.

Saw some reviews from disgruntled ex employees so I figured I'll chime in. I was first hired here 4-5 years ago, by no means do I not have options, and I choose to stay here because it's the best place I've ever worked. I have integrity and I've told off old bosses in the past for poor food safety and things like that, I'm extremely comfterble with the practices here. Employees are treated extremely well and the general manager is kind and cares about her employees and customers.
