I usually don’t do reviews but this food and service was so BAD!
First they forgot some of my food. I went back through drive through and the told me to come around to the second window and they would have it ready when I got there the guy opened the window and just STARED AT ME (looked like he was definitely on drugs or something) I told him I requested my food THEY forgot and he came back and handed them to me without saying a word.
My burger came looking like it was stepped on and had toppings on the outside of the bun. My drink tasted like water it was supposed to be unsweet tea and lemonade.
I was so disappointed with this service and food preparation.
Next time I’ll remember not to order when in the area.

Usually I prefer this location. But this morning was a disappointment. This was the pancake they decided to serve at the bottom of the stack so it wouldn't be seen until it was at home. Just lazy. It wasn't cooked properly and it looks like some one took a bite out of it. Wish I could give this place a better review.

Every time I order food from this place nothing is ever right, it specifically says what they want and don't want on their food how do you not know how to do your job correctly it's not that hard.

Went after work to get grinch meals. Was fairly busy. Waited 2 cars ahead to order, when I got up to order the board was not visible as I could not move forward enough due to traffic, I was not asked if my order was correct I was just told my cost. When I was told my total I realized that a meal was missing. When I got to first window to pay, they went to asked the manager who told them they could not add anything. When I went to 2cd window to get my food I asked to talk to manager. I explained what happened and she said you need to watch the board and when they asked you if it's correct that is when you add or correct. I told her the board was not visible and the employee did not ask if everything was correct. She just told me a total and left. The manager said there is nothing she can do and I would have to go back in line. I again tried to explain that staff needs to be sure they ask if everything is correct and that they are not doing that and there needs to be a way to reach someone if something is not correct. The manager on duty 12/3/25 at McDonald's in Womelsdorf just walked away. Just think this is bad service. I understand they are busy but if employees are not doing what they should be to prevent issues like this It should not be the customers issue. I had 3 meals for 4 grandchildren and yes I could have went back in line and waited another 20 + mins but seems if it was not your mistake you should not have to do that.

morning while I was eating breakfast I seen a manager of establishment start talking out of line to some kid filling out a application asking for a header, while following him outside an harassing him, an almost getting him self beat up” I will not be eating here again an hope he don’t talk to other workers like that

GM there will waste your time in hiring an also try to flex a credit card infront of you an let you know he owns all the chains an all the people in it while driving a gmc terrain, don’t apply nor work here they will waste your time half way through orientation, an ask you if you’d take a 11.50 a hourly pay in 2025. Also this GM that’s starts with a J will follow you to your vehicle an get in the way of you trying to leave, all for asking for a header of employment ending, since they had some poor lack of communication from there hiring manager.

It's McDonald's. You probably know what to expect. This location was clean and the staff was polite. A staff member even stopped by our table to ask if we needed anything. I'm not use to that level of service from McDonald's.
