One staff member was very rude to my wife, came in to pick up two pizzas from the portal with our code, and the pizzas weren't in the portal, and the staff member was very disrespectful and rude, long story, when we finally received the pizza it was good though.

Parking: Try the thin crust pizzas it's a game changer 😄

The last time I was here was during the big snow storm in the area on January 18th, 2024. The service was ghetto and low quality, but it was not rude. Although they made mistakes on my order, which they did fix.

Today, July 13th , I went in, and the staff was completely new and seemed to be better run. They should raise the wages so employees will be happy to work there.

It was horrible, I ordered my food through the app, thank God I didn't pay for it, I was able to pay in the store, my food said it would be ready from 12:05 to 12:05 pm and it arrived at 12:5 and it says 5 more minutes left, wait 20 minutes waiting. I better left and didn't come back for the order. I was on my lunch break from work and that place made me lose my lunch and also there were only 2 people working there, 1 in the kitchen and another at the cashier. Horrible place, like 8 people waiting and oh no one. They delivered your order

Permanently closed. Took down the signage. Stop trying to trick us into believing it's still a business here. For the past 2+ years that it was technically "open," it was a joke. Too frequently closed due to staff shortage or equipment failure.

Employee was lying and telling people that they were out of wings when they actuqlly weren't. I heard him tell a different customer that they aren't actually out of them they just aren't making them.

I ordered online 730 for an order pickup at 8 and I'm still sitting here at 8:30 with no food the store is full of people and only 2 people working it's like this every time I come here at this point I'm better off paying more at pizza hut

Not hot. Not ready.

I ordered at the Woodlyn spot at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, March 19th. It's now 9:15 pm and my order still isn't ready. The staff seems overwhelmed and customers are getting upset. One person looked like they might explode from waiting so long, and some kids were sneaking sodas. It is a mess! Why wasn't there a manager around? I can’t even get a refund without one. The workers there now were doing their best, but they need better management to handle things properly.

Been going here for a while and the turn around is insane and the service is absolutely horrible!!!... ordered online last night and went to Pick it up wasn't ready because the guy never put the order in while the guy behind the counter kept saying it's coming NEVER put the order in then when they did it was wrong so I had to wait even longer!!!... Everyone was getting super annoyed and the workers just don't care I will be digging into this further because it's absolutely horrible service they just don't care they need to hire people who want to work and care not just to have bodies.
