This is the best Dunkin' in the area by far. Always friendly, fast service, and my order is always accurate and more importantly, consistent! I hate going to other Dunkin' stores and other chains and never knowing if my cold brew is going to be made the way I'm expecting it. It's perfect every time at this store. As long as you don't go inside to order or eat in and only use the drive up your ok. But when I stopped in yesterday, I wanted to eat in to just take a break. But after sitting down, there were bee's, they seemed to be only at the sitting area. I swatted 2 at the window where I was seated. Today I stopped there again and figured that they would be gone but it was worse bees were just everywhere, in the food prep area. Its amazing the workers were just doing their thing with bees flying all around them. They were also in seating area. They were all over I did not even attempt to eat in there and hastily left.

ordered an iced coffee with almond milk and caramel, I was given a cup of mostly water with a little bit of coffee coloring and some sugar. ended up throwing it out because who wants sugar water with cream when they paid 5$ for a coffee
Terrible service; they’ve mixed up my drive-thru orders twice now & the bagel sandwiches they serve are cold & contain maybe half the ingredients ordered (if you’re lucky).

Service has generally been fine, though they have gotten some detail of an order wrong occasionally. Biggest gripe with this location is the coffee. I have, on more than a couple occasions, received a cup which contained nothing more than water, creamer, and a hint of coffee color. Even when it's not that egregiously bad, the coffee is noticeably more watered down than other DDs in the area. Owner seems to be trying to squeeze margins by skimping the customer.
