I am shocked by the disrespectful service from Chris, the manager, during our takeout order. We ordered prime rib sandwiches with au jus and 10 garlic wings with ranch dressing and a large cheese sauce but received incorrect items (6 plain wings/blue cheese dressing) and a tiny portion of fries (roughly 8-10) n received a small cheese sauce n no au jus dipping sauce for $60.00. Sadly they over charge your card. You call them, manager doesn't call you back. Message them again no answer. Watch your charges everyone!!!
12/11/25 WARNING: This review is being written 1 year (to the day) AFTER our experience with Duke's. That's how strongly I feel about this restaurant.
We had our son's wedding rehearsal dinner here. There were over 40 people in attendance & every single person said the same thing, "they knocked it outta the park!"
The food was amazing, the staff was incredibly kind, even tending to a few extra needs with our older family members.
