Burning Bridge Tavern

I went in for a quick drink or two during a non-busy time on Wednesday evening. After finishing my second (and last) drink, I informed the “bartender” I did not want another, I obviously was ready to go and expected to receive my check.. She was so “busy” conversing with all of the single MEN at the bar, that I waited at least 10 minutes to try to pay my bill.. after that 10 minutes, with my glass already pushed forward and taken, CLEARLY finished my drinks, She had walked past me MULTIPLE times knowing that I was finished my drinks, had many other talks with the other people at the bar who STILL HAD DRINKS (Mind you, there were maybe 3 single guys at the bar and one couple) Completely ignoring me. I even had a very loud phone conversation with my husband letting him know that I was just TRYING to pay for my drinks and I’d be home!.. “Bartender”, who was maybe late 20s (gold bracelets, darker hair, “deep tan”) kept talking to every single other person at the bar, without giving me my bill!! I ended up having to leave without paying my bill, and the saddest part is that I probably would’ve tipped better than all the people she was sooo interested in talking to, COMBINED even with just 2 drinks LMAO! Burning bridge is going downhill.. Train your bartenders not to be so biased and to PAY ATTENTION!!!! Someone call Jon Taffer!!!

Went to the Burning Bridge Tavern today. Our servers were Amaya and Hannah. Both were very knowledgeable of the menu items. I came to this place on Motorcycle with a few other people so we had questions of the area about breweries and vineyards. Both staff members were very helpful. We had a great time. I will definitely be returning here with a larger group of people. I had a buffalo chicken wrap with tater tots.

Had a great time at the Girls Night Out event they had on June 24th. Everything went well except they were close to running out of chairs for general admission people, so maybe next time be more prepared and have alot of extra chairs out because the place was packed for sure!!! Also maybe just my opinion but I think either somebody that's working for BBT or GNO should take pics for the customers that got the VIP package and paid so they could take pics with the guys like last time. This time nobody was and luckily the guys were cool with me taking another picture with them because since their wasn't a set person taking the pictures like last time, I asked a stranger there at first and the pics turned out blurry. Again, no disrespect to BBT or anybody I had an amazing time that's just my input. The only negative thing I would really have to say is $20 for 2 shots of fireball is way too pricey. I do understand that it was an event so it would be more expensive I just wasn't expecting 2 shots to be that much is all 😊

Called for a rehearsal dinner reservation, twice within a month. Once to schedule and once to confirm. Showed up night of rehearsal saying and proving we had the emails of reservation to which they laughed and said oh, we dont do reservations and the person you talked to, we fired this morning so sorry bout your luck. But you can spread out amongst 3 to 4 tables. Needless to say, I walked outside and called loxleys which was more than happy to take our party and even gave us a room on 15 minute notice. We all walked out and they missed out on a lot of money.

Great drinks and good food. On the night we went, there was a live band which was very good but if you are looking to talk go early.

The service was horrible. The band was no good. The place fell off.

The first time I came here with my sister, it was great. Drinks were good and food was amazing. Came here last Friday with my partner and siblings again… can’t say the same.

I ordered two drinks and didn’t even feel so much as a slight buzz. I genuinely didn’t taste alcohol in the mixed drink I ordered. My partner got two drinks, each with a double shot of tequila and even his didn’t have a whole lot of alcohol either. I am very disappointed and feel sick I spent $40 on drinks with almost no alcohol - and that doesn’t even include the tip to the waitress (who barely came by).

It wasn’t a busy night at all and I’m not sure if it was just that particular waitress making the drinks, because the first drink my sister got made by someone else was very strong - second drink she ordered was made by the same person who made the rest and same story, tasted basically like juice. We were excited to finally bring others there since our first experience was good, but after the last time I don’t know that we will be returning.

Went out for drinks tonight just moved to Wrightsville not long ago came in once before. The food was very good and service was good tonight however was not the case to bartenders were absolutely Horrible asked for menus at 8:30 and nobody came back to check on us until 9:20 Service terrible bartenders terrible girl in pink tank top and red tank top both slow served 3 drinks between 2 people over the course of 90 minutes.
