First time here, I was disappointed. I'm all about supporting small businesses but this was just not it for me. I love my food seasoned. I never had bland jerk wings before so that was a first. Pizza wasn't bad but again it had no flavor.

This restaurant is truly amazing! The older guy up front made me my own custom made italian pita without any hesitation. The people working there are so friendly and welcoming! I will be coming back for their amazing service and food?

Horrible service. I don’t live here but a relative does. Last time I ordered months ago I was told my food wasn’t ready by the incompetent cashier without even checking, and I watched my food sit and get cold as they served multiple customers that walked in and placed orders much larger than my one sub and appetizer and be served before me. They realized my mistake and gave me my cold food without so much as an apology. Today I ordered a California Cheesteak sub with no tomatoes or sauce (which does not come on the sub anyways) due to a tomato allergy, when visiting my relative again, and once again waited 10+ minutes after my estimated pickup time, asked for a refund after waiting and given an attitude and told it was “almost ready” only to receive a sub with just tomato sauce and cheese, no mayo, or or lettuce as the sub was ordered. When I called the store to ask for a refund, I was accused of yelling at them when calmly asking for a simple refund, hung up on, and when I called back, the owner told me aggressively, in very broken English, that he would be waiting outside for me almost as if he wanted to fight me, and hung up on me again after swearing at me. Would not recommend unless you like extremely long wait times, incorrect orders and being talked to like dirt by the business owner. I was also the only patron in the store, they were not busy or swamped with orders. I saw half their staff standing around doing nothing in the back.

Waited 1.5 for food delivery. We ordered 2 cheesesteaks,cheesesticks & pepperoni bites it shouldn't take that long to go from Wrightsville to columbia, maybe they need more drivers. The food was not very good the sauce that came with the sticks was watery & the meat was ground up so much you could hardly tell you were eating meat. We won't be going there again.

Average Pizza shop. Quality doesn't justify the price of the food. A little expensive for just a pizza shop. Greasy and very bland. Pizza had little taste. Cheeseburger sub tasted like it was boiled.

Cashier/Waitress was very polite and courteous. The menu prices were not accurate, but she adjusted our bill after I said something. The stromboli was delicious. I would recommend this place.
Parking: Small parking lot in front of shop and it was nearly full even though there were no customers inside Marcello's when we arrived.
I never leave reviews but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. We ordered delivery for dinner in a pinch and it was so easy to order online, the delivery driver was super nice & sweet. The food was even better than what I was expecting and great quality! Very satisfied and will definitely order again!
