Horrible customer service . The young adults here , have terrible attitudes & always playing around . This store does not hold up to Chick Fil A’s standards. For a New Location please make some improvements.

This Chick Fil A is horrible. They need help badly. Nyelle has a very bad attitude and so does Deja who wears a blue shirt. She is never accommodating or helpful. This location doesn’t mean the standards of Chick fil a. They are always playing around and you will be standing there for a while before being acknowledged. Wesley and Christian and a Very small select few I would keep, but the rest of them can go. Why are there never any seat covers in the women’s bathroom. Why is the food burnt or cold. They need a revamping immediately.

I really do love chick fil a's sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches. This is probably my favorite sandwich to get from this place. I go to chick fil a every once in a while to grab a sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich for breakfast or a chicken sandwich for lunch. No matter what I choose, the employees are very considerate and helpful, the atmosphere is clean, and the food is delicious. I'm most certain to return back here eventually in the future.

I placed an order totaling $12 and added a medium cup of ice. When I received my order, I was given a small cup instead. When I asked the manager Jenna about the mistake, I was told, “We only give out smalls,” in a tone that felt rude and dismissive. As a paying customer, I expect to receive what I order and to be treated with courtesy. This experience was disappointing, and I do not plan on returning.
The staff here have the nastiest attitudes, especially when you bring to their attention their mistakes on your order. Every time I order from this establishment I have to go through and triple check behind the staff because they never get my orders right (even though I ask them to repeat the order back to me). Without fail my orders are either incorrect or something is missing from it. The staff at this chick Fil a need more training in customer service and on the job training.

They have a manager that doesnt know how to be a manager. Absolutely they dont know a good worker .When the customer is wrong you write up the employee. I think i will need to call corporate for the management for the disrespect and possibly racism for being ready to escort somebody off the premises because a customer complained about his card not being returned only to find out it was found in his car. No apology just a write up with a final warning attached. I am very disappointed of how they treat their employees especially a consistent and reliable employee. No worries ethics is important to me and your establishment i will not give my money to for this type of behavior. I hope you guys look into the behavior they express to their hard working employee
